I had a great experience with their Invisalign services. Something I really loved about the process was how the scans were taken. I never had to experience that dreaded process of taking molds. It's just a machine that scans your teeth which I thought was very convenient. Also, as a working student, scheduling is always pretty tight for me and finding free time is hard but they're very flexible and helpful with moving around appointments in case things fall through. All of the doctors and assistants are also very lovely people. If you're considering invisalign I definitely recommend their services!

I am on month 15 of treatment and my experience has been very positive. I started to see results very shortly into my treatment. Now 15 months in my teeth are unrecognizable. From the very beginning consultation I felt that I could trust Dr Kathy and her team, compared to other consultations I had scheduled in other locations. She is very knowledgeable and has addressed all of the problem areas that she pointed out in the consultation. Jessica at the front desk has been wonderful in answering my questions and accommodating my schedule.

I do wish I would have had more opportunities to meet with Dr Kathy. Most appointments I met with her technician and Dr Kathy would check in here and there. However the technician has done an amazing job with answering all my questions. I also was not told that teeth shaving would be part of my treatment in order to make proper spacing. That did freak me out a bit in the beginning but it has allowed my teeth to move properly.

Overall, my experience has been top notch. There is virtually no wait when I arrive to my appointments and I am made to feel comfortable. I would recommend Dr Kathy to anyone looking to try invisalign.

Seriously impressed with the patient care here. Kathy is timely, communicative, and very professional. I had travel plans that interrupted my Invisalign treatment and the office was super accommodating and proactive about getting me back on track. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
