My 11-year-old son recently had a baby tooth extracted. The dental office was very good and professional in their approach. The staff made us feel comfortable and explained each step of the process clearly. My son was a bit nervous at first but the friendly atmosphere helped ease his fears. Overall the experience was positive and I appreciate the care they provided during this important visit. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Just got my 4 wisdom teeth and additional infected molar done with Dr. Nguyen and the entire experience has been a breeze! From all people I’ve talked to about their wisdom teeth extractions they’ve either had a horror story and talked about the pain.. I have little to NO PAIN, obviously there’s “irritation” cause your mouth has been cut up but that is it!

Dr. Nguyen KNOWS what he’s doing! He’s very thorough with explaining and doing the actual surgery! It has been officially 12 hours and I am doing FANTASTIC! I was extremely fearful about the extractions because I absolutely DESPISE teeth pain.

I will refer ANYONE to Dr. Nguyen when it comes to Oral surgery.

By far, this is the best experiment compared to all the experiments I have done with dentistry from the past until now. The team members were highly caring, enthusiastic, and friendly. My experience with having my wisdom tooth removed was painless and quick. I didn't experience any swelling or restriction afterward. They also got many of my questions answered and checked up on me after a couple of days. This is the only time I thought going to the dentist wasn't intimidating.

Dr. Nguyen and the entire team at Surprise Oral and Implant Surgery were fantastic. I recently got all four of my wisdom teeth removed with them and I'm on Day 3 with little to no pain (with the usual soreness here and there)! The front staff were lovely and helpful for both my consultation and the day of my actual surgery and the nurse who helped induce me for the surgery had wonderful bedside manner. The actual surgery seemed like 5 seconds to me and thanks to the advice of Dr. Nguyen at the consultation, I'm recovering fast!

Down to earth and approachable staff. Dr Nguyen was great; concise during consultation, and obviously did a great job with the surgery because I have minimal pain post surgery. Also received a personal call from the doc the next day to see how I was doing and to remind me of our follow up appointment. Highly recommend this practice.

I had an emergency situation with a cracked tooth and an infection. I am so happy Dr Nguyen made space for me in his busy schedule. He was concerned for me and followed up to make sure I was healing well. His office staff are all very friendly and efficient. My experience with Dr Nguyen was 10 out of 10!

This has been a long time coming, but I wanted to give the most complete review I could. When I say everyone here is a professional, I mean EVERYONE! From the lovely and extremely helpful front office staff, to the caring and qualified techs and assistants, to the dedicated doctors and lab specialists. You will be in great hands at every stage here! Dr. Nguyen is truly the BEST oral surgeon I have ever been to. His competency and compassion is unparalleled!

You will be able to tell on your first visit here that you have found a unique place. There is a smooth efficiency topped off with a genuine fondness and support for each other and their patients. I wish I had adequate words that could describe the gratitude I have for this team. They changed my life! For the first time in DECADES, I am not in pain because of my teeth. I have a smile that I love! I have a newfound confidence in myself that I owe completely to these amazing people!
