I can’t recall anytime I left the dentist having had any experience that was memorable, or at least not in any positive way. However, the team at surprise smiles did a great job. Not once did I clench my fist bracing for impact while they worked. Special shout out to Stephanie, the hygienist, who did a great job cleaning my teeth.

I have been going to Surprise Smiles for years and have had nothing but a positive experience. The entire staff is very friendly and I have never had to wait long after checking in for an appointment. They do great work and always make sure I am comfortable during my visit. Highly recommended!

What a great experience. Completed all paperwork on line. Promptly took me in at my scheduled time. Had a complete set of x-rays ... No cavities! The gal that cleaned my teeth was wonderful! Then had my teeth whitened. The gal was very attentive and it was an easy process. I would highly recommend this place.

Today was my first visit to Surprise Smiles and they will be my dentist forever! I saw Dr. Holly and hygienist Courtney, they were both so kind, polite and knowledgeable. They showed such an interest in my dental care even asked if I had any questions. I didn’t feel rushed or like just a number. It felt like personal care. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Suprise Smiles is the best. Like many people I had a terrible experience with a dentist as a child and it has always made me very nervous to go to a dentist. I actually put off going to a dentist for a really long time (embarrassingly long) because of my experience. My husband found Surprise Smiles and coaxed me into making an appointment. Everyone is so kind and I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

This Dental Office is and always have been a professional and friendly place for your dental services. I am a Veteran and who have been referred out from the VA for a quick and convenient appointment due to my dental need and since I visited I have enjoyed the service they have provided to me and other Veterans I viewed as I waited for my appointments. The staff at Surprise Smiles in Surprise Arizona off Bell Road treat the Veterans with as much respect as I expect all services throughout the Valley who Thank me for my Service should be sometime falls short. The Staff is amazing!!! To actually to sit and see the employees want to learn from the VA on how to communicate to provide the best service was the best Thank you I could receive. Actually on the phone asking VA representatives the best way to process orders to help the Veterans is Serving the Community and giving back to those who served. Thank you Surprise Smiles for all you continue to do for the community and us Veterans.
