I was upset. And felt like money was the priority. I wasted my time and my gas money to come from Jonesboro to Wynne Arkansas just for them to tell me they have to wait to see if my insurance will cover it. If it wasn't for my situation and this being the only dentist I don't think I will come back the dentist literally got paid to walk in their open my mouth and walk out the door. Not the best dentist experience I've ever had. The lady who took my appointment should have got all the information from me and /or Dr s office that she needed before she wasted my time. They could have at least taken an impression or mode of my mouth so that when my insurance goes through we could be a step ahead but instead we're two steps behind. You asked for my opinion here it is. Now we'll see on my upcoming visit if I be treated differently
