This is a relatively small store in Woodbury outlet. Really popular, get a lot of customers. To my surprise their jewelry is reasonably priced, most are under $500. Items have good discounts, up to 40% on some. Lots of options for rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings. But some of the items we picked, they didn’t have new ones in store. One staff took about 15 minutes looking for a ring. Finally they told us they ran out of a lot of the items due to Black Friday and Christmas sales. Staff are very friendly though. Helped a lot for with all our questions and trials of different jewelry.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. Specifically Sanah was a lovely help. She listened attentively and helped me find the perfect piece that was even better than what I originally wanted. She was kind and made my shopping experience very enjoyable.

The ladies in this store today were so sweet and helpful. They were able to help me with some rings that lost a few stones and my experience was nothing less than top notch. I was expecting to be told there was nothing that can be done as I was told this at another location but to my pleasant surprise this was not the case. They were lovely and helpful and made my whole day. Thank you ladies for being so professional and polite. 🫶🏽

i was here a week ago with a friend who wanted to purchase something from swarovski , everything was great until this worker starting to be rude, at first since the store is small as a worker needed to be more mindful of the space, so i was at the corner looking at this special piece with my friend this worker came over kinda pulled the draw open the say " excuse me " then ok i walked away to the middle of the aisle of the store with more room so instead of blocking this the space mean while looking at other item's the same worker walked pass me PUSHED my shopping bag away with out saying "excuse me " this time , then AGAIN AND AGAIN Total of 4 times, didn't say Excuse me" so i kindly ask her MA'am you dont need to push me away 4 times with out saying Excuse me , beside you can say EXCUSE ME and i would move out the way for you. she didn't say anything beside making fun of me with her client and laugh at me. now i went to other worker and ask for a manager , mean while i was waiting for the manager she keep yelling at me from the other side of the store i didn't really hear what she was saying because it was noisy untill the manager came out she still yelling at me, that's totally unacceptable from retail / customer service field, as for my self i been in customer service for many years i would never yell back at any customer or push them away from blocking my way this service needed to be adjust this is why some customer doesn't like to shop in store is due to service like this. and you see why lot of company is going out of business due to this type of service i am not saying customer is always right but it need to have a good manner and respectful service to all customer .

I love visiting this location every time I come to Woodbury. The staff are amazing, super helpful, and don’t press for a sale.

The discounts are great too. It feels like a treasure hunt every time I go.

Stopped by this store recently to get a gift for someone. Felt like Julia Robert in Pretty Woman. Never have I felt so disrespected without even a single word being said. The second I walked in I was being watched every step I took. Despite that i kept my composure and was very friendly because i really needed to get that gift. The sales associate stood on top of me looking over my shoulder like if that was normal behavior. I felt wrong for being there. If I went to pick smth up to look at it she would come running or take it out of my hand as I was to steal or smth. I get it, theft is a real thing and must be happening a lot considering how cautious they were. But maybe find a way to deal with that without making people feel this way for simply stepping a foot in your store. Very hostile
