Melanie is by far the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had! She’s is kind, friendly and very professional. She has giving me a whole new outlook on my oral health and has made me feel really comfortable during each of the procedures. Pain 0 and the quality of her work is amazing! My gums look better than ever before and my teeth look and feel super clean after each visit! Overall I look forward to getting all my treatments with her and so does my husband! First time here today. So happy I found this dental office online and close to my home. This will be my 3rd dentist since moving here and I know my last. The staff was all anazing. No complaints. I’ve read the bad reviews. Dental insurance is practically nothing for all. It just is. Dental offices don’t have control. What they can control is your experience, friendly and super competent staff, and a great dentist! And hygienist and excellent work on your teeth. I put off going for sometime and relieved I made the decision for this practice.

Dr. Fitzgerald and her team give quality of care that is unmatched by any dentist we have ever been to. My son (8 years old) is a patient at her office and loves going to the dentist because he feels very welcomed and comfortable here. They offer nitrous for children which is a huge plus for us as he is very high energy and does not sit still for long. Dr. Fitzgerald is correcting my sons airway as it is constricted. This is something that no other dentist has ever brought to my attention. We are seeing a huge improvement and it will improve his overall quality of life as well. I highly recommend Sweet Smiles! They are well beyond an average dental office.

This is one of the best and most professional dentist offices I have ever been to. They truly care about providing the best most comfortable care for their patients. Melanie is AMAZING, I can not say enough great things about her. She ensured I was comfortable throughout my whole treatment while walking me through what was being done. She is so nice and personable. Dr. Fitzgerald is also great she makes sure you under your treatment plans along with what she recommends while making things optional. Overall great experience every time!

This is the best dental and orthodontic clinic in the country! I've been coming here for 3 years. I did 2 years of traditional braces and could never be happier with my smile. Dr. Fitzgerald is the sweetest, most caring doctor and her assistant Melanie is so friendly and helpful! Both are incredibly knowledgable. Mary at the front desk is always so cheerful and easy to talk to. All the staff treat you like family and never rush you to get in and out. They are very honest and always give good advice. The office is always spotless and very welcoming. Things run very smoothly here. I love coming for cleanings because I know I'm receiving the best care in town. I can't recommend this place enough. If you need a good dentist or orthodontist, look no further. All your needs will be met right here.

I have nothing negative to say about the dental work, although I've only been there one time as a new patient and for a cleaning, so pretty basic stuff. The reason for the one star review is the billing. I have both medical and dental insurance, my dental insurance is listed on sweet smiles website as a "preferred insurance carrier." Months after the cleaning I received a bill for both my cleaning and my daughter's cleaning. Mind you, my daughter is covered by MY "preferred insurance carrier" since she is a minor.
I returned to the dental office to dispute the charges and again, provide my insurance cards to them.
Fast forward a few more months and I receive a new bill, only this time it shows a reduced amount of $50 for my daughter's services, but the full amount for my services. I again returned to the dentist office and this time spoke directly to the dentist who assured me she would run it through insurance again since they covered my daughter's cleaning.
I even took the liberty of calling my "preferred insurance carrier" who stated they are waiting for the bill to be sent to them.
All of this occurred near the tail end of the covid pandemic.
To date, I still have an outstanding balance of over $500 that is to be paid by my insurance.
