My husband has a fear of dentists. Dr Tan's staff were great keeping him calm. Dr Tan did an excellent job with the needles of anesthesia. My husband didn't feel a thing and would definitely go back.

Dr. Tan and his staff are amazing, I avoided the dentist for years due to fear of needles but Dr.Tan is super gentle. I never feel a thing, not even the numbing part. Teresa always makes sure I know how much I might be paying out of pocket, and Dr. Tan always explains the procedures and process. Very excited I found them through Aetna!

I drive 200 miles every 3 months from the San Francisco Upper East Bay Area to have Dr. Tan and his staff clean and examine my teeth; and, have been for over 20 years. I love his care and how they put an x-ray blanket on me so that I can nap while they poke around in my mouth. Even putting a 'block' in my mouth, so I don't even have to think about keeping my mouth open!

My wife had work done at this office with Dr. Tan . The job he did was great but the receptionist on the other hand, was very unprofessional . Did not treat her as a patient should be treated very bad customer service . Would not recommend.
