It was very obvious none of the staff wanted to be here. I went in for a strep test and the wait was long, the nurse dismissive of my concerns, and the doctor hardly gave me the time of day before bolting out the door. I waited for my call back about my labs for about 4 days and finally called the doctor and he just said "your test was negative." And planned to end the call there. I was like "well my throat is still swollen and I'm going to need some antibiotics." Then he said "then you'll need to come in again so we can test you again." Why wasn't this done the first time I walked in? I literally walked half a mile in -25 to see you, just to be shooed out the door when you looked at my throat and even said yourself that I needed antibiotics.

Dr. Schneider wasn’t able to find my sons very swollen lymph node. He was feeling his neck muscle and I had to show him where the lymph node was, he then concluded without ANY evidence that my son might have “a rare neck infection, or cancer” shrugging( which is wildly unprofessional). My sons throat was very swollen and red and white and patchy, he had a fever. He gave this diagnosis in front of my kids, who’s grandmother had passed from cancer 8 months earlier, they were obviously distressed, at my follow up appointment it was concluded that my son had a very normal bacterial throat infection. I also just received a 172$ bill for a lab we didn’t consent to, or ever get any results from. Basically and huge mess from start to finish, even though it a little more the ER might be a better bet, at least you won’t have to go in twice.
