Absolutely awful experience! I was referred to Tania for a partially erupted wisdom tooth extraction. From the first moment we met I could tell she was impatient and condescending. She commented "I figured" after I said I use cannabis, which I found rather unprofessional at best. I asked her if nicotine would interact with iv sedation similar to cannabis, to which she commented "Well, it will ruin your life". These comments informed my perception of her as condescending. She hardly had time for my consultation and left me waiting for an hour before taking a brief look at my radiographic scan. She didn't explain anything well, seemed rushed and didn't go into much detail. She seemed frustrated after my second attempt to confirm which side of my face I was looking at (xray view is inverted right is left, and vice versa). She confirmed to me she could do the procedure but only on one tooth as the other was too high risk. It appeared as #17 Ext on the quote not left or right so I initially didn't realize which tooth was actually scheduled to be removed. I get into the office on day of appointment (03/2/23) and another tooth (so now we're talking both lower wisdom teeth) was included in the quote which was contradictory to the previous quote I had signed, and Tanias advice. I refused the quote and expressed my confusion to the treatment coordinator
(Rebekka) she said she would correct it, and I was taken back to start the procedure. It was at this time Tania mentioned a coronectomy on one of the teeth, which I was considering but is a procedure she advised against citing increased risk of infection as a cannabis user and I didn't express much commitment to the idea. I think she switched her advice and mentioned the coronectomy in an attempt to ameliorate the situation after I expressed my confusion to (Rebekka). She then started to re-emphasize the high risk of nerve injury with the tooth (#17) I was about to have removed. I was suddenly horrified at the realization that I was about to have an extraction on a tooth that should ideally be treated with coronectomy and was being recommended a coronectomy on a tooth that could be treated safely with extraction. She followed with the comment "we can do the coronectomy at another time." I was just surprised she even mentioned coronectomy at that time because it wasnt included in either of the two quotes and certainly not the quote I signed. This lead me to believe the tooth I had (perhaps mistakenly) scheduled to have removed was indeed the riskier tooth with respect to nerve injury, and that she assumed if I had agreed (perhaps in error) to removing the tooth with more risk might as well give a quote for both teeth. Naturally I was overwhelmed by contradictions and disappointed that she hadn't made any meaningful effort to correct my perception sooner. I simply stood up and left as I was unable to make a confident, informed decision at that time. In conclusion, this situation could have been avoided had Tania not rushed her consultation and perhaps had better interpretive skills.

They were very quick and efficient. My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted. She has asperger's, and finding the right place was critical to us. The staff was very pleasant, they listen to wht she told them (she has a phobia when it comes to needles) they put her to sleep so she didn't have to deal with any of tht. I definitely would recommend them.
