I had a root canal and crown done, paid extra for the warrantied ceramic crown. I highly recommend to go that route because it’s well-worth the investment. Mine broke this morning and the office was able to get me in a chair in an hour and out the door with a new crown in another hour! The staff is courteous and accommodating. The dentists are non-judgemental or pushy. We've always had great experiences!

My experience was great the assistants and the dr are great. Dr. Mustafa is great at explaining everything to me. Rachel the hygienist is very sweet.
The only thing that bothered me was one of the front desk girls that helped me at check out. We had already talked and agreed on doing the in house payment plan with a deposit of $300. When I was checking out she asked me for my income, last 4 of social & how much I paid for mortgage. I thought it was weird but didn’t mind it. She then tells me that I do qualify for the previous payment plan that we were talking about but that it’s a credit card with no interest for 6 months. So she “pre-qualified” by applying for a “pre-approval” you know the ones that say won’t affect your credit it’s only to see if you get approved. Why would that be necessary, we had already agreed on something and she decided to proceed and check if I qualify for the credit card without even letting me know. I trust you with my information and so that you can run it without my consent or knowledge. That is just. Ridiculous.

Very disappointed with this practice. I scheduled an appointment here because of the advertisement they have posted in their window. “$59 Cleaning, Exam and Digital X-Rays”

At my appointment, they didn’t do x-rays on me because I am pregnant. I was fine with that. Then they took me back into the room where I thought they would then clean my teeth. All they did was send someone in to discuss their payment options with me? I was very confused while sitting there thinking to myself that I had already paid the $59 for everything I had anticipated I was getting. So, long story short, they did not clean my teeth and I had no idea why. They said it was going to cost me like $900 if I signed up for their dental plan…. And over $1,000 if I paid out of pocket with no plan. How is that a savings?!

Anyways, you can imagine how I felt after leaving basically getting absolutely nothing and still having to pay $59. So, I had to call them back after I left and speak to a manager to let her know the experience I had.
Although she wasn’t rude over the phone, she basically took no accountability and said that the sign they have posted needs to be taken down because it’s false advertisement and very misleading.

I was supposed to go back for the cleaning I never received at no additional cost for their mistake. A day prior to my appointment, the office called to confirm my appointment and had no recollection that this was a complimentary cleaning. She had asked if I am using insurance for this appointment and I said no because this is a free cleaning due to it not being done at my initial appointment. She seemed very confused and like she had no idea what the situation was. I thought the manager would have taken a few moments of her time when I had spoken to her previously to notate what the situation was? But the girl that had called to confirm my appointment made it sound like I was going to have to pay again and mentioned that the $59 special is only good for a one time visit. Beware of this when you think you are getting a good deal for what’s listed and don’t end up getting anything and no refund.

I was in need of an emergency appointment and Dr. Mustafa Alshabeeb was able to see me the same day ! Tracy took great care of me during the X-ray process and made me feel so comfortable. I can’t thank them enough for a wonderful experience

Avoid this place at all costs. I have been going here for about a year. I make sure that every 6 months I get my cleaning done and get an exam. I have not had any issues with my teeth. Every time I go they say my teeth look good, just try and floss more. I just recently went in April for my usual cleaning. When I go in I always get my X-rays done. Then the hygienist does the cleaning and after the dentist comes in for the exam. This time, I got my X-rays and then the dentist came in and did the exam. Strange he came in before the hygienists. He said my gums were in very bad shape, my gums are receding and I have bone loss. This was very unexpected as nothing has changed with my dental regime. He recommended a 3k procedure! Again, I work hard to keep my teeth healthy, so it was very unexpected. Then the receptionist said she wanted to schedule me for the following week to get the procedure done and they were not going to clean my teeth today. What? That’s why I was there. She said there was no hygienist available to clean my teeth. But that’s the appointment I had scheduled, it made no sense. It seemed strange to me, so I went to a different dentist to get a second opinion. The dentist I went to was very familiar with Temecula Dental Practice, as he use to work there and said they’re known for prescribing procedures that are not needed so they can get more money. He said my teeth and gums look good and I didn’t need the procedure Temecula Dental Practice said I needed. I will never return here and I’d highly recommend going somewhere else. It makes me very upset to think that a dental practice is taking advantage of patients and charging them thousands of dollars for their own gain. I know these types of things happen in the medical field, but it should be considered malpractice and it needs to be investigated. Save your time and money and find an ethical dentist elsewhere.

First off I would like to give a shout out to the whole Temecula dental office for my experience from start to finish! Setting up my appointment was easy and I was able to schedule in a short matter of time around my busy schedule. Leslie was the dental assistant that helped me with my x-rays, she was super nice & gentle. Rachel was my dental hygienist she did such an amazing job with my cleaning I’ve never had a better experience at any other office. My exam was done by Dr.Mustafa I felt comfortable with him and that my diagnosis was honest and not over diagnosed. Thank you for taking care of my teeth and continuing the great work!!
