I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Lee and his staff! My oldest was my first to get braces there, and now we're working on kids #2 and 3! The kids love it there and this mama does as well. Dr. Lee and his staff feel like family, and we are very comfortable there. We have NEVER had to wait more than a few minutes for our kids to be taken back. We have and will continue to highly recommend Dr. Lee!

I went to Dr Lee because I was in need of braces and I was recommended to him. Now that I see what he did I am not satisfied as I am getting braces again. My dentist doesn’t understand why he knew my bite wasn’t correct yet he sanded down my perfect bottom teeth! Now the bottom in uneven, when my teeth were great. There’s plenty of orthodontist in Los Angeles I would recommend going else where.

Honored to be the first reviewer. The staff are some of the most hardest working folks I have met. All are dedicated to their craft and I am so grateful to have cross paths with this office. My braces were removed today and I couldn't be happier. I am the type that gets nervous at the dentist, but this place makes you fee like you're in a haven despite how busy the office can get. I believe it's a true testament of how good they are. Everyone takes initiative to improve the quality of care you receive. Dr. Lee and the staff are great! There were many complications with my teeth (worn out teeth, chipped tooth, etc.) and Dr. Lee and his staff went above and beyond to provide a smile I never conceived would be possible. From the bottom of my heart, this place has my best regards. Thank you! I will recommend friends and family to the office of Dr. Lee.

I have experienced the utmost unprofessionalism from Dr. Lee. I went to doctor lee’s office to do pre surgical orthodontics. He assured me that he would be able to do the orthodontics. After accepting the first payment, he begin to complain and was reluctant to follow my doctors plan. After weeks of time, and thousands of dollars spent, I had to remove the braces due to his incompetence and his bad attitude. He did not reimburse my money. If you want services from a second tier doctor who knows little about orthodontics, go to him. Be my guest. If you want quality care, it might be best to avoid him as he will take your money and offer very little.

I called in to schedule an appointment but the person who answered the phone a lady was very rude because the Dr is retiring I'm guessing they don't care anymore about how they treat people looking for a Dr. I wanted to ask her if they know of another doctor they can refer me to but she hung up

Terrible experience. Staff was extremely rude and had an attitude all the time. Very unprofessional. The lady at the front desk kept asking if I was going to pay out of pocket when clearly my medical said they cover it. Never going back here again! Plus they do not validate parking. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE AT ALL 👎
