I have dental anxiety. I'm talking bad! I once cried while getting X-rays 😅
I never thought I'd feel comfortable going to a dentist but this location changed that for me. Everyone here is so kind and considerate. Front staff does a great job of being responsive and flexible.

Special shout out to the best hygienist, Jovanna! She does a wonderful job, is so kind and patient. I'm so grateful to have finally found someone I trust

I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years but I got a good recommendation for this place and they were absolutely correct. The facility and all the equipment is very modern and clean, all the staff, from the front desk to the hygienist to the doctors, are very professional and nice. They walked me thoroughly through their recommended care plan and then were able to schedule my needed follow ups and broken down expected costs based on my insurance. Really could not have been a better experience, now my only regret is I didn't act sooner.

Dr. Valentin is an incredible dentist. Going to the dentist is something a lot of people avoid, but she makes you feel comfortable from the moment you meet her. Great bedside manner and her work is impeccable.

The rest of the staff is wonderful. Kind, funny and efficient. Jovanna, the dental hygienist, does great work and was a pleasure to be around.

I had an appointment for a cleaning in October . After 60 minutes learned that the staff is very knowledgeable about oral health but the practice was trying to pay for their staff Halloween party off my insurance. Real turnoff and never received a cleaning. Lots of “bells and whistles” that they will try to bill you for without actually caring for your teeth.

I had my appointment earlier this week and I was so pleased with my experience here. Everyone from the front to the back staff were nice and helpful. Not one rude or unpleasant encounter. Gaby in front and Jholy the hygienist were both great. Gaby was nice and made great conversation and helpful when checking out. I didn’t get the assistant name but he was also great as well. Jholy explained throughly throughout the whole appointment and made sure i understood my x-rays instead of her just telling me what i need to work on. She cleaned my teeth so well and gave me the proper care that i’ve been looking for in a dental office. I work in the dental industry and know how hard it can be to find a good place and i will say this is the best experience ive had. Thank you to everyone there and can’t wait to go back! 😊

I submitted an inquiry online in regards to a cleaning and retainer replacement, this was over the weekend. Monday morning someone responded, which I liked, we went through the whole send paperwork, insurance card thing, etc. Given a date and time, cool, I'm scheduled. Arrive for the appointment early, have my exams, scan done for retainer if I decide to move forward with those, etc. Speak with the dentist, discuss exams, things are good. Then they mention to take me to the front to discuss payment for retainer and whitening. This is when I asked about my cleaning and was met with "they don't have time for a cleaning because no hygenist are in house". I mentioned the entire email with the person in the office..I gave their name and I was given a very underwhelming apology during the meeting to discuss payment, etc. I had to schedule for a different day for my cleaning. And the price that I was emailed was inaccurate as well. I would rather not go back to this establishment but my Insurance does cover the yearly exams, so I can't go to another place. I'm think of having my exams sent elsewhere as I was unimpressed with the confusion and lack of care and inconvenience towards me. If I could give zero stars, I would. The best thing they did offer was the retainer subscription, even though I do think it may be useless.

I was a patient of Dr. Szrom, but she moved out of state, and I was nervous about switching dentists. But I stayed with this office, because I was seeing Rosa for my cleanings, and now I’ve see Dr. Ben Ralston a few times. This time I had to have some work done, and he and his assistants did a great job. He is very knowledgeable and patient, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The team and staff are genuinely phenomenal. Incredibly patient and as someone who had a decade of horrible experiences elsewhere bouncing between dentists, I won’t move from this location. Cannot say enough about how great they all are.
