I had a dental emergency and couldn’t get into my regular dentist so I made an appt with Chicago dental Studio in West Loop. Not only did they squeeze me in right before the holiday, they were fantastic in every way. Dr. Katie and her team were very accommodating and committed to fixing my tooth even though that meant I would be there past closing time. I had to get a crown and I was blown away by the technology they have in house to get that done. Super high-tech and everything went perfectly. I appreciated their attention to detail, like making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I’m so impressed I decided to make them my new dentist permanently! Great service all around. Highly recommend!

Trying to get back on track with my dental health, I was looking for a dentist office near me for a cleaning and immediately thought of Chicago Dental Studio. I went to their Mayfair office about 7 years ago to get all of my wisdom teeth removed and had such a wonderful experience, I didn’t even have a second thought about going anywhere else. Everyone was very kind and helpful and they definitely make you feel welcome. Thank you guys and can’t wait to keep up my dental health journey with you! 💜

They do a great job and I’m happy with their cleanings.

The reason for my lower rating is because it’s all about money. Every time I did one treatment another one was necessary. After 3 years of treatment and thousands spent, when I was “really done” now my DORMANT wisdom tooth needed to be removed. Also, I said I was with them for 3 years and even came early so they could get off work sooner but when I missed one appointment they charged me over $100. It’s in the paperwork you sign so you can’t dispute it either. I know it’s my fault but I had hoped my loyalty would give me a one time pass as it was the first time.

So, it’s a good dentist but they want your money so make sure you need the service they recommend or buy anything they recommend outside of the office.

Saying I was disappointed would be an understatement (seriously, how are there so many 5-star reviews?). I went in for a routine cleaning, expecting just that—but instead of care, I got a hard sell and a sales pitch.

The hygienist, Gloria, spent most of the appointment pushing treatments that didn’t feel necessary—none of which my regular suburb dentist has ever suggested. And when I didn’t agree to the upsells, she refused to do the basic cleaning I originally scheduled.

It’s frustrating when you can’t trust your provider to prioritize patient care over profits. The whole place felt more like a corporate chain focused on selling services rather than actual dentistry, dressed up in spa-like gimmicks. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but I’d suggest getting a second opinion.
