“This apartment complex is truly amazing. The staff, especially Danielle, Dasaray, and Dave, is attentive and responsive, ensuring everything runs smoothly. They consistently check in, showing they truly care about the residents’ well-being. Now if only they’d give me a break every month and a grace period—hint, hint! 😉 I have a 4-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom home with plenty of space and lots of storage.

I’ve lived in two properties owned by them and I’m not impressed. This company is a great example of gentrification. They quickly put up cheaply made apartments with outrageous price. I wished I had inspected my unit better. They actually painted over dog hair in my unit. I still have painted over dog hair on my walls. They also, won’t accept any assistance if you fall on hard times. So one income families, I hope you have enough saved up or some form of help. Also, they’re such a monopoly it’s hard to find a place they don’t own. Companies try their best to get rid of private ownership, making it that much harder to find a place. There isn’t much affordable housing here in Gainesville. That’s another reason why so many homeless families are at shelters. Working people who can’t afford a decent place because housing is unaffordable.

What can I say about the staff here besides INCREDIBLE. When changes occur in a leasing office where you become familiar with the staff, it’s scary to say the least and when that happened here, we were terrified as we were very comfortable with the precious office staff. Since meeting Nettie and getting to know Sarah even more we have now decided to extend our lease because of how wonderful they are! Our kids absolutely love how upbeat everyone is and what they’re doing for the community and specifically their age group!!! We need more people like this in this world. Thank you again Nettie, Sarah and everyone else at Greenwhich green and Aspen Ridge!

I have only lived here at Arbor Park in Gainesville, Florida for a little over 1 month. In this short time, my experience has been absolutely amazing. The Collier Team, Maintenance Team of Jerome and Tyree and the Leasing Team of Britta Holloway and Iris Rivera contributed to the easy transition of my move in process. My roommates ceiling fell on her while she was sleeping and Anastasia in the college park office wouldn’t even give her a hotel room for the night. We have lived here for 6 weeks and reported the leaking ceiling almost every single day. This is a multimillion dollar company and we are poor college students and this is absolutely disgusting. She has nowhere to sleep. They informed us today they will also not be providing her a hotel room while they do the repairs. This is literally illegal and they’re treating us like this because they know that we are poor college students who can’t afford to sue them for breaking the law.

My daughter has been living at College Park at Midtown, 220 NW 15 Ter, Gainesville, FL, and for over a month now, her ceiling has been leaking. Despite repeatedly opening maintenance tickets, the only response has been to dry the ceiling, but the leak returns within a day. No one seems capable of identifying or addressing the cause of the issue in the unit above hers. This ongoing problem is unacceptable, and my daughter has been forced to change buckets of water daily. She’s now genuinely concerned the ceiling might collapse. This situation is dangerous, and it’s deeply concerning that no permanent solution has been offered. Can’t attach videos only photos.

Living in one of Collier Companies properties is a great experience. Their apartments are up to date, the grounds are neat and well groomed and the amenities are to die for. I was told to come to Collier Companies by Danielle Morten who have delighted many more by bringing them on to one of the many choices at Collier.

The attention was spectacular from the initial phone call. The moment I entered, Kimberly Tesla attended me and she is the kindest and most cooperative person, they even welcomed me with a misemi truck. And on the same day they approved me. And the community seems very good.
