This dentist office is so professional and clean. The dentists here are very good, and quick with getting things done efficiently. I’ve had to have a filling done here also and they make it painless, seamless, and very quick. I don’t think the dentist is usually a “fun” place to go, but it’s not a dreaded experience and I look forward to the service I know I will get.

This office is amazing!!! From the front desk to the Drs. I have never been treated better at a dentist. I have an incredible high level of anxiety… just hearing the word dentist makes me panic. Dr Ngo goes well above and beyond making sure he explains everything he is going to do. They don’t make me feel uncomfortable because I’m so nervous. They even give me Nitris when I’m getting my teeth cleaned. I recommend them 100%!

The staff at Crossings Dental is SO friendly and thorough. They know each of us by name and are always asking how the other is doing. The front office staff works to accommodate our schedules and provide great reminders and follow ups. We have detailed discussions on next steps and plans for dental care and costs for our planning purposes so there are no surprises. The dental care team does a great job with the adults and especially the kids. They truly treat us very well and provide exceptional dental services. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been going to crossing dental in Hoover For about seven years, the best place highly recommend everybody from the receptionist to the doctors to the hygienist are super great and friendly make you feel very comfortable. They do everything to make you feel no pain and I used to be scared of the dentist not anymore pain-free I love it thank you.
