This is the best dental practice! I have tried so many places in San Diego. Finally, I found a place where the actually have great customer service and get the job done without a million appointments. I lost so many teeth due to chemo and needed dentures. 2 visits, I walked out being able to smile again. The dentist, so adept and quick, no pain at all! Best place ever!

This place and all the people here are truly amazing!! I’ve been literally being tortured at other dental offices till now!! My husband has been trying to tell me that all the people at dental express will change how I look at going to the DENTIST. It has restored my faith once again!! I’ve had deep cleaning, crowns and fillings, ZERO PAIN!! Dr Marty knows his job (My dentist for life!!) and Cyndy was my hygienist that I’m looking forward to again getting my teeth cleaned. Honestly every person here is awesome!! Thank you 😊

This is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to! The customer service is exceptional, and the doctor is highly skilled, efficient, and clearly knows her craft. The staff are all incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable every step of the way. They made the procedures as painless as possible. I’ve been searching for a great dentist for a long time, and I’m so glad I found this place. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have been coming to Dental Express for many years now, based on a referral from a friend. Their offices are beautiful, large and airy with a train theme that features a train running near the ceiling throughout the offices. Cute! I have found the admin staff to always be pleasant and efficient and I almost never have to wait. They did a beautiful job on some dentures for me, so I have referred at least 3 friends for the same. They were also pleased with the results and timeliness of getting the job done. They take most insurance including Medi-Cal, so don't put off going to see them! Your smile will change your life!

I was a first time patient here and I had the best experience with Marwa!! She is very sweet and I cannot recommend her enough! She took care of me and my teeth and I feel a lot better after coming to her!

My experience at the Santee location was dreadful. I was harassed by the manager. She said her name was Karina.

I was scheduled for an appointment at 12pm and I had to wait 4 hours. After the appointment, I had some questions for the dentists. The manager came out to help me and she got upset and yelled at me. I told her to lower her voice and she said "I can yell at you if I want to." I requested to work with someone else but she refused to let anyone else help me. I tried to leave and she blocked my path, I had to exit through another route.

I am appalled at the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the manager. She cannot be employed as a manager if she thinks she can yell and harass patients when she wants to.

I will miss everyone at Dental Express in Santee. I have to move to Oceanside. Dr. Jerry my dentist is great. It is like not even getting anything done as you don't feel anything and he is fast and does excellent work. I never had crowns before and knew nothing about them but it was a ease with Dr. Jerry. I will add that I am a nervous person and they could ease my mind about anything that was done to my teeth.

The office staff is wonderful and Karina is a sweetheart. They have done so much for me and I will never forget them. I am new to a big city like San Diego. They are very welcoming and I feel tears coming now.

Today I went to Dental express to have a crown build up. Frankie the assistant was fabulous. He explained everything he was doing. He worked great with the dentist. I was very impressed with his knowledge and Skills. I own a small Business in Santee and will be referring to This Dentist. Great job.
