If I could put zero stars I would. I have been a patient for a while but recently it really got down the hill. All the doctors give different treatments plans. I was trying to do my daughter a simple cleaning, twice booked appointments and all the time it was something and they couldn’t make it! I was going all the way to their office which takes me 30 minutes to just return back home with nothing! So, if you have chance not to go to this place, no doubt take the chance!

Today I saw Dr. Suato and he was very professional and took the time to explain my situation and options. I hope to see him as my dentist every time I come to The Dentist at Creekside. Once again, had a great cleaning.

Ive been a patient here for over 6 yrs, back to the original owners. I agree with some prior reviews that it is a constant revolving door of dentists and staff, no consistent continunity of care as a consequence. Last month I left 3 separate messages w/receptionist/voice mail to have anyone clinical call me back for a question on some teeth whitening trays I bought there. Never got any call back. I tolerated a lot due to proximity to my home, but as a physician I can tell you the dentist and staff leave a lot to be desired. Too many other options in the area to put up with that. My family and I will not be returning there anymore.

I did Invisalign with them to fix my top teeth. After 6-8 months of Invisalign, they told me they had to grind down some of my bottom teeth to make gaps in them to room for them to straighten out. They used some kind of metal floss to grind my bottom teeth down to tiny nubs! They said a few more months of Invisalign would make them close up nicely. That didn’t work at all. The gaps never even remotely closed. They offered to put 4 veneers on my bottom teeth to fix their screw up, but the veneers kept falling off. After weeks of continuously replacing the veneers, they eventually put crowns on my 4 bottom teeth. It was an absolute disaster. They completely destroyed my teeth. I only wanted to fix a small gap in my top teeth, but ended up with massive gaps in my bottom teeth, 4 crowns that I shouldn’t have needed, I’m out over a thousand of dollars, and I STILL HAVE A GAP IN MY TOP TEETH.

Absolutely abysmal “dentist” experience.

I came in for an extraction. We then went over the plans going forward. I was to come back in a couple weeks to get one side cleaned. Then, the next week the other side. As we're talking I put the teeth cleaning appointments in to my calendar, which I live and breath by, because I have an incredibly busy schedule. The dates and what was to be done were repeated to me and I spoke them back for confirmation. I was confused about why we would do half one visit and the other half the next, and it was explained. There was no ambiguity. Dates were repeated, and what was to happen was repeated, multiple times. I come in for my appointment, after having to take a PTO day. I don't have many of those, and I didn't get to use it for family or vacation and that would have been fine. Once I arrive, they seat me and start going over everything again. Then they realize that I wasn't put into the schedule for teeth cleaning, but only for cavity filling (which I didn't even know I had). Because of their mess up, and there is NO doubt that it was, they tell me that it makes sense because they would usually schedule the filling and the cleaning together. I'm then expected to take MORE PTO days to come back and get the cleaning. I'm so mad at this point that I politely tell them that there is no way that's happening. The absolute lack of respect for my, hard to come by, time is infuriating. I guess I assumed this to be professionally run because of the area in which they are located (Woodlands adjacent), but that was not the case. Just be careful with this place.

Highly recommend getting your cleaning with Lauren. Very professional and knowledgeable. Helps you with everything question you have and also has to answers to all them!

My experience was Top Tier from start to finish. First let me shout out the young ladies at the front desk area, very professional and welcoming. Overall exceptional customer service. The office itself very modern and beautiful. I was sooo nervous about getting my tooth extracted , but Dr. Pena informed me of each step during the procedure and I was very comfortable. Thank you again Dr. Pena and her entire staff!!

Been going here for over 3 years and it has gotten pretty bad. There are no consistent dentists or hygienists so you always will be receiving care from temp/contract people. All the dentists tell you different things. The last dentist I had to do my fillings was the worst I have ever had. He lacked skill and professionalism. I had to go back and have another temp dentist fix it ?. I feel dumb and angry for getting fillings done here. I recommend you find a dental office that has an experienced consistent Dentist. Do not get work done here!
