Denver Dentist came highly recommended from my former Dentist who retired. I was so impressed with how I felt walking in the door. It was fresh, modern, with an uplifting energy. Ebonee, greeted me with professionalism and kindness. Aerial was my key person who did my intake and X-rays and she was so thorough and present with the warmest smile ever!
Dr. Burson really knows his craft and skill as a dentist. His presence and expertise is very palpable. I felt very at home there and I’m thrilled that I was referred by someone whom I trust. I’m delighted with my initial intake and our plan to take care of my smile and jaw clenching.

Came in as a new patient. Ariel was great and comforting the entire time. They gave me numbing mouthwash to help with any pain and Paige was wonderful.

Came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Everyone was so nice (especially Aerial). It was the first time I had been to a dentist that seemed 100% transparent and didn’t try to scare me about my teeth. For once in my life, I’m actually looking forward to going back to the dentist for my cleaning.

I LOVE Denver Dentists and I am so thankful that I found them. Dr. Burson and his whole team are extremely welcoming and so kind! They are not like your dusty old Dentist they have music playing, complimentary drinks. Neck pillows, headphones and TVs even mounted on the ceilings to watch. The staff is so friendly though I often forget about the headphones because I love talking to them. Paige is the BEST, I’ll never go to anyone else for my routine cleanings. She is so gentle and knowledgeable I trust her wholeheartedly. Dr. Burson coordinated my Invisalign with my orthodontist and gave me the most beautiful natural looking veneers. I have never loved my smile more!

Burson and team were wonderful at one point. Toward the end of my time there I noticed the customer service went down and the prices went up. Dr. Burson only suggested the most expensive treatments. Dental hygienist Aubrey was very shameful during my cleanings. They also didn’t tell me they changed their partnership with my insurance until it ‘accidentally’ came up in a billing conversation. Kerry with billing rudely informed me it was my responsibility to know the practice changed with my insurance. If you have oodles of money to waste, please go see Dr. Burson. It’s his best skill- burn the money right out of your pocket!

If you want a dentist that feels more like a car salesman than a medical professional, this is your spot.

The first time appointment takes 2 hours and doesn’t even include a teeth cleaning. There’s an excess of imaging and 30 minutes was spent just sitting & waiting for the dentist to free up. When the dentist did arrive he spent most of the time trying to sell cosmetic procedures and convincing me that my wisdom teeth (which all prior dentists have said are not causing issues) will lead to an infection and cause me to stop breathing. I went to a new dentist 2 weeks later who said my wisdom teeth do not need to be removed as they’re not causing any problems. The new dentist also reviewed the X-Rays taken by Denver Dentists and said they were terribly done.

Dr. Burson is a former military dentist and seems to take an invasive approach to dental care (i.e encouraging unnecessary tooth removal, cosmetic procedures, and over diagnosing cavities). His demeanor was condescending and rude and I will not be returning.

Arrived at 845 for my 9a appointment. Was greeted by loud dance music but no staff. Another guest arrived at 857 and hollered for help, which was attempted. She went into the back and was told to leave after 2 minutes. Weird but I kept filling out the most invasive patient history forms ever until I got to the one about them using pictures of me in marketing. All I asked was to opt out of that. I was told by the dentist that is how he does it and I could take it or leave it. I left it. He slammed the iPad shut and wouldn't allow me to close out my forms. Then yelled at me that I had to leave. I feel bad for the nice people people at the front desk that they have such an angry and unreasonable boss. What kind of dentist wears a baseball hat anyways? The picture of him 'helping" poor people was weird too.

The doctor talked me out of implants, he seemed sincere and caring. However I never received a follow up call. I was hoping to get just a couple of implants, after my consult. I was hoping to get a plan with this office. Genuinely disappointed.
