For the first time in the last 3 visits, an associate asked if I needed assistance. I was surprised. The bays are dark, so I couldn't see the merchandise. Another customer mentioned that he couldn't see anything and left. I used my phone flashlight.

Had everything i was looking for and great associates, got some advice on cutting plexiglass, and then when I checked out Kyle invited me to a self checkout lane and scanned all my stuff for me. Super helpful thanks Kyle

Asked four employees for help at the tool cage and each one said they’d help then ran off. Scanned the bar code to have an alert ping on their zebra phones and it took 38 minutes for me to be helped. Two managers walked past me and didn’t have the decency to assist.

Getting this order was an absolute nightmare. They do not have truck drivers hired through Home Depot. They are outside contractors. So the driver was from New York and outright refused delivery after driving out to our property because he would have had to turn around on a slightly busy route. So this pushed delivery out another week, which put our project out 2 weeks cause we had already waited a week. I made several phone calls, and I was getting very frustrated. Finally, i got to speak with Cass, and she was wonderful and was on top of it. She even called me the morning of delivery to make sure all was good. Dan, the delivery drive was awesome! He was very apologetic, even tho it wasn't his fault. He had no problem driving down into the property. A lot of the 2x6 in the pallet we ordered isn't great they are crowned/warped pretty bad so thats really not great but think thats not necessarily Home Depots fault.

I order curbside pick up and because I am arriving at 6:15 pm so I need pick up inside the store, but unfortunately it is not by the front counter, so I need to go to get the product by myself.

Hard to find online order lockers, staff don't want to help you as much as possible.. after finally finding it, the locker with my order was empty and ended up needing staff to help find my order yet again.

I was going to write a review about how upset I am with the service, luckily Emily and Eric came to the rescue. They seem to be the only competent employees at this location. They definitely deserve a raise. Thanks guys!

Ben at the contractors desk 5/22/2025 was rude and out of line on junk roofing which a manager has marked down and would not honor a managers discount He
promised a call when he got an answer from upper management and never comtacted me with an answer . I hope you lose your job Ben
