I booked an appointment with this oral surgeon and confirmed coverage with my insurance. The office gave me the runaround for weeks—telling me to call back repeatedly, only to be unavailable or closed when I did. The doctor seemed unaware of the issue but promised to sort it out. Instead, I was left coordinating between them and my insurance, despite providing clear instructions. On the day of my appointment, they canceled, refusing to work with my coverage for the simple instructions on how to submit to my insurance. Terrible communication and a complete waste of time—look elsewhere for reliable care.

I cannot even begin to explain how much I adore Dr. Ducksworth & his staff!! I have extremely bad dental-related anxiety. They know this & they do every single thing that they can to help make the experience as positive as they can! I recently had a procedure (11/04/24) that I knew was going to be a difficult recovery, however, unfortunately that was exacerbated due to me getting a dry socket at one of the surgery sites. Within the first week, I had to go back in to the office 3x, then 1x more the following week due to me just not being able to get my pain under control. Never once did they question my being there or make me feel like I was doing something wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME he (& his assistant, Julia I think is her name) took amazing care of me, making absolutely sure that I was better before letting me leave. I had never experienced having to come back so much post-surgery so needless to say, I was an absolute wreck! They made sure to assure me that this was just a minor bump in the wrong & that I would be 100% on the mend very soon. I truly cannot say enough great things about them! This is THE ONLY oral surgeon that I & my family will use!! Dr. Ducksworth & his amazing staff are truly angels on earth & I am so very thankful for them!!! ♥️

Very pleased with Dr Ducksworth and his office. I had an abscessed tooth that needed to be pulled. Dr. Ducksworth explained the process and I was able to schedule the appt very quickly.

Along the way. I felt his pricing was very reasonable. I would use him again for my dental needs in the future.

Dishonest group. Dr. Duckworth had actually done an extraction for my other child just a couple of months earlier, so I didn't hesitate to take my older child for an extraction consult when she needed one. The consult went well and i paid $85 on 4/27/23. After several weeks I got a call from the office letting me know that they no longer accept my insurance, so I would have to pay for it myself, I declined. On 11/15/23, I went to get a copy of my child's X-ray, and I was told I didn't pay when I brought in my daughter previously. My first surprise was that i had to pay gor a copy of hhe X-ray, my second was the amount $139. Since I was not sure myself, I agreed to pay $139 for the X-ray. I was extremely disappointed when I got home and checked my payment history only to discover that I had indeed paid them back in April. I also remember vividly being told it would go towards my out of pocket cost. I would not recommend this practice.
