I was not expecting the experience I had with Jen. She takes it to a whole new level. It’s not just a massage, it’s a holistic healing therapy session. I didn’t just feel good in my body after but my mind and soul as well. My wife recommend doing this and at first I was skeptical, now I’m trying to figure out how I can do this at least once a month. I’m a new man. This is money well spent. She could charge triple and I would pay it without hesitation. This woman knows what she is doing and more than that she is in her power. This helps tremendously with energy movement. Just go see Jen. Having a bad day? Go see Jen. Body not feeling well? Go see Jen. Needing to treat yourself? Go see gen. Having a spiritual awakening and want and extra push? Go see Jen. Just do it. You will love it. Thank you Jen!

Received a gift of several floats (over $200 gift) in mid 2023. Tried using it in early 2024, where supposedly there is a year expiration date on all gifts (per theta's own policy as stated in the email I received from them).

Couldn't get them to answer the phone, no returned calls, and they're only open by appointment, and they were closed/locked up any time I tried visiting during the day to get some form of contact. Ultimately a wasted gift. Can't exactly give a glowing review or recommend this place based on my experience.

Do you talk to all potential new customers this way? I would have enjoyed a float (several, actually, based on the gift card) had you ever bothered to pick up the phone, or return any of the 3 messages I left.

My last call to you was Jun 17, 2024 @ 10:30 AM, and I left a message. Never heard back. Your doors were locked and there was no response to knocking.

Furthermore, your email about the gift card specifically states (I copied it from the email):

"Floats are NOT shareable and must be used within 60 days of first appointment. This certificate expires 1 year from purchase date. Gift cards are nonrefundable, but may be re-gifted. The gift certificate code must be presented at the time of service. The original gift certificate, printed gift certificate, email, or
screen shot will all be accepted."

Your "slander" accusation holds no water, nor any of your other accusations or statements. There's your proof.

Jen is gifted…. I highly recommend a 90 min massage with this very talented and professional massage artist that is very friendly. Her technique is amazing and honestly like no other. Overall the spa offers great services in a clean and comfortable environment. All the staff are very welcoming.

Theta is the place for all your relaxation and body optimization needs. 💚 The staff is kind, compassionate, and helpful. Jenn is an AMAZING massage therapist. She is very intentional and gave the best massage I have ever received. I will be coming back to her as often as I can. I also did a sensory deprivation float for the first time which was incredible. The staff did a wonderful job of explaining everything so I knew what I was doing and made me feel at home. That is a big win for a socially anxious individual like myself. I cannot recommend Theta enough!

Theta Wellness Center is my feel good place. Anna gives the most PHENOMENAL, therapeutic massages!!! The sauna and cold plunge are so rejuvenating! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and the people are all amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough!
