I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed at Thomas Dental in Phoenix, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the very first consultation to post-op care, the staff was incredibly patient, attentive, and walked me through every step of the process. I felt accommodated and supported throughout.

Not only was the wisdom teeth removal process seamless, but I also go to Thomas Dental for my regular deep cleanings. The team does an amazing job each time, and my teeth always look fantastic after! The dentists here are truly top-tier, and the level of care and professionalism is unmatched. I highly recommend Thomas Dental for anyone looking for quality dental care in Phoenix.

Every time I go to Thomas Dental I leave feeling empowered and educated to take better care of my teeth. It’s a dental experience I haven’t had before. Their dental hygienist Miguel and Dr. Orozco are very thorough as well as friendly. I would 10/10 recommend them to everyone I know if they were looking 🙂

nervous even before I walked in, especially with all the documents I had to sign, but I was relieved to see how convenient they’d made things. The place itself was small but inviting, with a cozy setup, coffee, and comfortable chairs. That put me at ease—at least until I reached the front desk. One staff member greeted me warmly, but another responded with an attitude that immediately threw me off. I approached her, introduced myself, and explained I was there for my appointment, giving her my name and insurance information. But then she asked, “Do you have a driver’s license?” I don’t currently have one, nor do I have a vehicle, and when I nervously explained that, her reaction only made me more tense. She kept pressing, almost like she was interrogating me, and I struggled to find my words. I even had to repeat myself, each time feeling more on edge, as if this small detail was suddenly a barrier to the care I needed. I apologized, with guilt on my face, and tried to reassure her, saying, “I don’t have a license or a plate, miss, I’m sorry.” She sighed loudly, making it clear she was frustrated, then asked, “Well, do you even have an ID?” I handed it over, hands visibly shaking at this point. It’s hard to explain how complex my feelings were—I was there for the first time, feeling vulnerable and anxious, and just hoping for a smooth experience. Once I finally got through the check-in process, the appointment itself was fine, and the insurance process went smoothly. But the way that front desk interaction made me feel completely changed the experience. I came in hoping to get help with my dental health and left feeling more intimidated than reassured. I don’t wish anything bad for that employee, but her attitude made me feel rushed and like I was a burden for not knowing the process. This is my first time here, and I just wanted things to go well
Now I’m even more nervous than confident about coming back
I just wish things had gone smoothly—I wasn’t there to make things difficult. This was my first time, and I feel ashamed of myself for not being more prepared. But how was I supposed to know? It was all new to me, and I hate that I’m even typing this because I truly needed the help. I really, really do.

I love going to my dentist appointments. The staff at Thomas Dental is so welcoming and kind. They all look like they love their job. Dr.Orozco is so caring and gentle. I love that she speaks Spanish and I can communicate with her. My hygienist Miguel is awesome and very informative! Definitely recommend this dental office to everyone!

Thomas Dental was great, the office is nice and Dr Orozco is the best dentist I have ever gone to. She is very good at talking through what she sees and it is clear that she understands her field and is constantly learning and staying up on things. She listens to what you are saying, is thorough and really cares. I trust her more than any other medical person I deal with. She is awesome, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist. Thomas Dental is my new dentist. Today was my second visit, I had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist was great. She was pleasant, professional and very thorough. I drink a lot of coffee and she took the time to make sure she got all my stains and was very gentle while doing this. I'm pleased that I have found Thomas Dental, the best part is they are in my network. Yea! ?

I really like this dentist office, and I normally hate going to the dentist! The office is clean, the front desk is friendly and helpful, and the dentist is an absolute gem with perfect teeth and lots of helpful advice. 🙂 I learned a lot during my visit, and I got some REALLY good teeth whitening paste that is already working. Best place!!
