I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful massage experience in Kalamazoo! I have gotten three massages with Madeline, one while pregnant and two postpartum and all of them have been fantastic and addressed what I needed in the moment. I really can’t recommend her highly enough and I am sure the rest of the staff is equally talented! Jill is the best massage therapist I have ever had, hands down. I have had great massages, however she goes above and beyond and is SO knowledgeable with how our bodies REALLY work. She is currently (past 3 weeks) helping me through an injury I've been dealing with for 6 months. On top of the very intentional massage, she listens to you and she educates you on what she learns from your body and how to work on it at home. I am beyong thankful and appreciative of her and feel incredibly lucky to have found her. All the staff I have met is kind and very welcoming!

Her knowledge of massage and the body was insightful. She had a lot of tips and tricks to help with muscle issues I struggle with. I got a body detox treatment with Nyrie. I really enjoyed the salt scrub portion. I think that should be a fully body service by itself. It was very expensive, but I'm glad I tried it. If I return I'll probably book a regular massage or try a different spa option. I'd also like to give a shout out to Jess. She was very welcoming and matched my natural positive vibes from the start. Keep up the good work ladies!

I had a great session with Jess. She got some very resistant knots to release in my shoulders, neck, and back that I had been trying to work out for a week.

I really appreciate the variety of techniques this practice offers and the recommendations Jess gave for additional at home stretches and movements that can be used to reduce or prevent further strain.

I've been through PT a number of times for a reoccuring shoulder injury and can tell that Jess knows her stuff! I wish I could go every week.

Jillian healed me from a nasty neck injury I sustained in a motor vehicle accident. I was in severe discomfort for five weeks after and nothing seemed to be helping, not time, not PT, not rest. It was probably healing on its own, but so slowly you couldn't tell. I started seeing Jillian twice per week the fourth week after the accident. I just had my fifth session with her yesterday, and finally my neck has released. I'm feeling significantly better and it's directly related to Jillian's work. She's so good. Trauma massage is her specialty and she's got the experience and intuition. I can't say enough about how good she is. Give her a chance with your body.
