Kim Nix is always rude and unprofessional. I will never step foot in any establishment she is a part of. Be cautious of doing business here, the dentist sides with her even when she is wrong. I am curious if she just treats people of color bad. And be cautious of what they charge you. Prices are higher for certain people having the same procedures done and Kim is very argumentative. My experience with her and this office was terrible every since the previous dentist retired. I am considering legal action for various reasons!

Had a toothache, called for an appointment, had my initial appointment, then had my tooth pulled, all in a week. DR. Hayden Smith shook my hand as soon as he came into the room. Very professional. So far, so good.

I'm gonna first start with the fact that I have an extreme fear of the dentist, but going to see Dr. Smith was the first time I overcame some of my anxiety. Him and his staff are extremely nice and I highly recommend him. I'll definitely be going back since I had, for once, a good experience. Thanks Dr. Smith and staff for making it easier on patients like me!

I am a former patient of Dr. Pickett's. When he retired and sold the practice to Hayden Smith, I wasn't certain I would stay since I no longer lived in Camden but I gave them a chance. The entire team treats me the same as the people I've known and cared about for 30 years. Dr. Smith is a good dentist and I have no complaints with the service, prices or professionalism. In fact, I just recommended the team to a friend, who is scheduling an appointment with them soon. I've had three major procedures so far and feel they did a good job each time.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE! I have a large amount of hardware in my body. Therefore, I’m supposed to take a strong antibiotic BEFORE my appointment. They said they, “have it in the office.” It wasn’t given to me. I remembered & called 2 days later & she told me the script will be at Walmart after 1:30. I went there at 3 & it wasn’t called in. I went to the Emergency Room & was given 5 days worth. My blood pressure was 205/134. Something was already going on. Now I have a large ER bill due to the incompetence of this office. It’s standard in Texas to give this very strong antibiotic an hour before appointment if you have any type of hardware/replacement parts in your body. Obviously, they don’t have a concern following these same rules. People with any type of hardware, are in danger of a massive septic infection you can die from just by having your teeth cleaned. A strong antibiotic is absolutely necessary & I’ve been taking it before appointments in Texas for the last 6 years in Texas. One can die from this oversight. What other mistakes have they made? Find another Dentist!

I can only speak for my own experience,but I don't have a single bad memory of this place.
I did read some of the "critical" or bad reviews but I haven't ever had a bad memory of this place I know that people are scared of the dentist most of the time but the dentist office here is amazing I personally recommend this one if you are given the chance.

I will keep this as my dental office if I am given the chance.

We took our nervous grandson today. I wasn't happy I couldn't go back with him but when the dentist came out & shook our hands & explains what's needed. We was sold on him. He didn't have a wimpy handshake! We felt welcome from the ladies at the desk to the lady who came got him. They will do all his work & checkups from now on.

Dentist is awesome if you want to deal with the incompetent office manager who looses paperwork and yells at you
