I am the wife of a general dentist in the central Arkansas area, and we will only have Dr. Timmons treat our family’s orthodontic issues. I personally had orthodontic treatment in 2000-2002 by Dr Timmons and continue to have a great result with my teeth. My husband has seen many different orthodontists' cases over the years and the quality of work that he's observed has not come close to the level of excellence we have experienced with Dr Timmons. He is literally the best orthodontist in the state of Arkansas.

Dr. Timmons provided wonderful orthodontic care for our son. When he had a broken power chain, the staff was able to get us in quickly to get it replaced. Dr. Timmons and his staff are always very friendly and courteous. We are very pleased with how our son's results.
