The office staff were very friendly and kind. They made me feel welcome. Stephanie did an awesome job with taking my xrays and making me feel comfortable. She was very thorough and explained things very clearly. Dr. Jamison was very kind and treated me as a person not just a patient. I would recommend their office to anyone who has a fear of going to the dentist like I was. Great Job Team!!!

I am a 68 year old woman that is extremely afraid of the dentist office due to a very bad experience in my early 20's. Since then I've had to take medication to be able to go to the dentist. I recently changed and started going to Dr. Phelan's office and could not be happier. Both Dr. Phelan and Dr. Jamison are wonderful. I told them of my fears and they both made me feel very comfortable at my visits.
Their office staff is equally as amazing as the doctors are.
I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else for my dental work.

Dr Phelan is an amazing dentist. He is compassionate and understanding with someone like me who is terrified of dental work. He has a way of putting me at ease and his work is outstanding. I would definitely recommend him and his staff if you need dental work or just regulars check ups. They are the best!

Always a great experience at Dr. Phelan’s office. Clear diagnosis and explanation of what needs to be done. High degree of professionalism from Dr. Phelan and his staff. His techniques and high-tech equipment make the experience virtually pain-free.

We have been long time patients of Dr. Phelan and really hate the position we find ourselves in, but are very disappointed in how the office has handled our latest visit.

My 88 yr. old mother went in for updated X-rays and a deep clean, and back a few days later for some filling work. NOT ONCE DID ANYONE tell us that they were out of network for her Medicare & Dental Supplement Coverage!!! Now she has a $1,054.00 bill! I asked why they didn’t bother to tell us beforehand that they were not in her insurance network, and they didn’t have answer, just said that someone should’ve said something. They won’t adjust the bill at all!

Another family member had a cleaning and a crown, and they charged much more than the amount our insurance says our portion is supposed to be!

We are very disappointed and feel that both of these situations are unprofessional and have been mishandled. We have recommended Dr. Phelan to people for many years, but WILL NOT be doing that going forward.
