They were not forthright about insurance coverage. They took my insurance info and said my cleaning would be covered but any other services would likely not be. Turns out my insurance only paid a small portion of the cleaning and now I'm stuck with a large bill.

Gita my hygenist is fabulous! The office is clean, efficient and friendly. Dr McKay has been great for me as well. I’ve never had any reason not to recommend this practice. 👍

Well, it’s been two years since my last review and all I can say is if you’re looking for a new dental practice this would be the place to head. Dr McKay and his entire staff have proven to be nothing but professional and meticulous. I feel fortunate to have this dental office as close to my residence as it is!

I love this place. Me and my husband go to Cynthia. She is literally the best dentist I've ever had. She loves her job and makes it fun to go to the dentist. You know you are getting healthier and healthier teeth each time you go and she makes it actually fun! I can't wait for my next appointment.

I am so happy I have Dr McKay as my dentist! I love the whole team . I have seen my share of dentists and oral surgeons, and he is a God send. So capable , and thoughtful. Office is very convenient for me and front desk has always been warm and accommodating.

The "care" part which is the most important is solid. I've been seeing Gita since 2008 and she's top-notch. I gave 4 stars due to the "customer service/ billing" not being as consistent over the years. However, I have seen a change lately with the communication and customer support since the pandemic, most likely due to a practice not wanting to lose patients.
