the hygienist is very efficient and is a magician.
the entire staff is very helpful and friendly.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Tooth Shop Dentistry specifically the front desk representative Brandon. I scheduled my appointment months in advance, only to have it canceled on the same day without any notice or explanation prior to canceling. I took time off work and planned my day around this appointment, only to be left with no alternative for same day to accommodate me and my time.

The lack of communication and disregard for their patients’ time is unacceptable. It’s clear that customer care is not a priority here. I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for reliable and professional dental services.

I'm really glad this place exists in DTLA. I've been coming for a couple years and my teeth have really improved. They're also really good about appointments and scheduling. Dr Knopf is great and really listens to you.

One of the smartest things they do is take lots of photos and you can really see the improvement over time. This is the best my teeth have looked/felt in a long time.

I've been dreading the hunt for a decent dentist since I moved to LA from DC 2 years ago but it looks like I struck gold on the first try. Dr. Knopf and Corina and the entire staff are very friendly and patient and genuinely enjoy their job. They explained everything, checked in regularly, and are very thorough to ensure the job is done well and I was comfortable the entire time. My partner will be switching to the Tooth Shop soon as well since I was so happy with the service I received.

Unfortunately, I have not heard from them nor have I been able to reach the office for an appointment. I called and emailed three times to try and get an appointment. For over a year I've been unable to get a call back. I've been ghosted by my dentist.

It was a pleasure meeting Brandon and his whole staff. They were all pleasant and very knowledgeable. I was comfortable the whole way through. I would definitely recommend this dentistry to more family and friends.

Beware of this dentist shop! They promised to waive the X-ray fees Quote “ We’re waiving the Xrays and taking care of it “ but ended up billing me later. I then followed up with an email to seek clarification upon receiving a billing statement and never received a response. Complete dishonesty and lack of integrity. I will never trust them again nor am I paying for that bill. They were aware of me not having X-rays to provide and still insisted to keep the appointment. On top of that they also received payment from my insurance. Very disappointing

Truly the best dental office I have ever been to! The staff here is so organized and communicative, in addition to being super kind and patient with my dental anxiety. Cannot recommend them enough!
