I had to get a root canal and they were able to see me the next morning. The staff was extremely friendly and the procedure was done by Dr. Vahora. He was friendly, explained everything with time estimates and put me at ease. If I ever have to do this again, I’d definitely go back.

I just had my 6 months follow up and I am so grateful for Dr. Vahora's expertise and kindness, as well as the care of his staff. I took my time to write this review because frankly I did not want to jinx myself! 😁

I had 2 (!!!) root canals done on the same day. His assistant was understanding and Dr. Vahora took his time to make sure I was completely at ease for the treatment. I am still amazed at how painless the procedures were and how well my healing has been! The staff were attentive in providing care information and went over costs with me, including billing my insurance.

I was referred by my dentist for a root canal. After I got home I was having quite a bit of pain, and so I WENT BACK to have it checked. Dr Anderson was the one that performed my root canal but he was no longer employed there. I was under the impression that after a root canal you should not have pain. So when I went back I was told that nothing else could be done and they had the nerve to charge me for a consultation which was a surprise because nobody told me on the phone when making the appointment. They said my insurance already paid and that I was responsible for the charge. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. THIS OFFICE IS THE WORST!!!!!!

I loved the work that was done. I had a K9 root canal and was super sore in my right sinus and eye. It was bruising from the procedure. I called for a doctor's note, having taken two days off from work. My company, required a note, the front told me, " you said that you were fine the next day". Fine to lay on the couch with Tylenol and an ice pack. After speaking to the front desk, the Endodontist decided he would write the note for one day. Thanks so much, I paid plenty and so did my insurance. The front desk makes the decisions here.

The treatment I received from Torrance Endodontix was absolutely amazing. I already have a fear of getting dental work, but the bedside manner of the Doctor was quite positive and pleasant. The doctor explained each step at every transition. The front office staff was also accommodating and was able to schedule an appointment quickly for me. I had an unexpected root canal. I would highly recommend Torrance Endodontix to anyone. The facility is extremely neat and clean. Thank you for great customer service.

Incompetent doctor and irresponsible management!
Dr. Byun performed root canal on my mom without consulting her medical conditions. Even when we mentioned it on the questionnaire before seeing him, he couldn't care less to look at it. He held no communications prior to the procedure regarding her particular situation. The procedure was a disaster! Now my mom has no options except extracting that tooth! While her medical condition makes teeth extraction a big problem...
The management team is even worse. They charged her insurance a big fee and refused to retrieve the claim when we asked them to. They took no responsibility of the failure, but dare to ask us to sign a liability waiver?!
This office is clearly in violation of the Dental Practice Act! They should go out of business! Do everything to avoid them!

Very nice operation. All staff was super friendly and professional. Accommodated quick appointment, even calling to offer me a sooner appt from a cancelation. No pain during root canal or next day. Even followed up day after to ensure no swelling or pain. Wish they did more than root canals, would happily to all dental work there. Kudos and thank you

Had root canal result in infection which I couldn't go back to them to fix since I moved out of state. Paid balance in full day of appointment and then 7 months later was sent to collections over $104 without ever getting a bill. They never called or emailed to advise of additional amount due. A friendly email/phone call would have sufficed for me to make payment.
