Tortolita Dental Group and Orthodontics

I have had the same hygienist, Janette, since I started using this dental office. She is the reason I keep going back, and why I kept going back even though I didn't care for the former dentist. She's awesome! I do like the new dentist. Hopefully he stays a while.

If you are new to the area or wanting to seek out a new dental provider, I highly recommend Dr. Allen and his team at Tortolita Dental. The office staff are very helpful welcoming with a smile. I had extensive work done and Dr. Allen created a plan that was comfortable for me. He and Najah are extremely skilled in their job and made the whole experience tolerable!! It is a one stop clinic and you don’t get sent out for other dental work . I have been looking for a local dentist for a year- thank you all for giving me a beautiful smile!

I just went here this week. Every time I come here, the doctors are really professional and nice. The dentist explains my treatment thoroughly. I never feel rushed out of here like other dental offices. The main reason I keep coming back is my hygienist, Janette. She is friendly and my cleanings are always pain free!

Exceptional staff and dentistry. Office is clean and super friendly people. I have had my share of office visits traveling the world and switching groups for insurance purposes. I went in to Tortolita Dental Group as a first time patient and I had the pleasure of meeting Robert Allen, DDS and Dental Hygienist Janette Contreras. I went in for a routine exam and I came out knowing more information and got wonderful treatment from them both and also the rest of the staff. The clinic is very clean, welcoming and the entire staff was very nice. I also got the please of meeting Suzie. She was very helpful with all of my insurance questions and gave me all my options of procedures and prices. Over all very good service from everyone! I will definitely recommend to family and friends! I also did have my toddler with me and they were understanding and patient with her and also made her feel comfortable. I was very please with my cleaning and my over all care. Super nice crew!

I’ve been coming here for years, since this location opened actually. I hadn’t seen a dentist in 13 years but the team here got me right back on track. I’ve been seeing Jeanette the dental hygienist 3 to 4 times a year since then so she can keep my gums healthy and my smile bright. It’s always so great to catch up with her. She’s incredibly personable and her attention to detail is impeccable. Plus, the rest of the staff here are always so happy and willing to help.

Very happy with my first visit! The staff was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Janette was so sweet and funny, I definitely have a new favorite hygienist!

I had to change my dentist due to my new dental insurance. Tortolita Dental group in Thornydale took me as a new patient. Ist day, they did xrays, but didn't clean my teeth stating that the hygienist is booked for the rest of the day. I had to reschedule my appointment. That reschedule took place four times. After the 4th time rescheduling my appointment, I spoke with the assistant manager. I even requested that any hygienist can clean my teeth. She promised me that she will leave some notes on my profile not to move my appointment. To my surprise, they called again for the 5th time to reschedule as the hygienist is not available today. I have never seen anywhere this type of customer service/care in my life.
