Overall, I had excellent dental care! Dr. Chen was wonderful! She was very thorough in her initial exam. She asked me questions personally and about my dental history. She even asked about what toothbrush I used. When she wasn’t familiar with it, she was going to look up what it was to see if it was doing the proper job. She also recommended a preventative treatment that other dentists have not recommended. She was respectful of my finances by checking my insurance before doing procedures as well. She explained her treatment and why she recommended what she did. She is an excellent clinician and I plan on continue seeing her. The dentist hygienist was patient and personable too. The only thing that was awkward is being able to see the front door (and have other clients see me too) while getting X-rays done, which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. Very happy with my care! 😁

I had a terrible experience at Total Family Dental Group. My appointment was delayed over two hours, the staff seemed rushed and disorganized, and the specialist barely spent any time addressing my concerns. During the extraction, I felt pain even after being numbed, and the entire procedure felt hurried and unprofessional. Also, I was told last-minute that my insurance wouldn’t cover the consultation fee despite providing all requested materials in advance. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care or professionalism.

For my first visit, it was well organized and efficient. I was taken promptly and treated. The office is neat, clean, and efficient. I will definitely take my wife to joi n me as a new patient.

My dental appt. Was a real traumatic experience. The dentist I had was negative about my oral health. Which is the reason I was there in the first place. The way she handled numbing my mouth was intense. She reminded me why I hate going. I was so pissed. I didn't say anything to her about still feeling the tools that were being used because there was no way I was going to have her put another needle in my mouth.

Great Experience Josie at the Front Desk is great with Insurance and her explanation of benefits. Always great to speak to her. I met Dr. Lim and Dr. Chen. They are kind patient always concerned if I was comfortable while completing my dental work. I am Very satisfied with the Service I Received. The on-site Oral surgeon is quick professional and makes sure you are OK as he does his procedure. Outstanding Service all the way around !

Service is great, the staff is friendly. The office is in good shape and it smells amd looks clean. Was attended to over 30 mins after my appointment time that day. Longer than expected or had been in the past.
