I visited Toups Family Dentistry for the first time today as a new patient. They were able to schedule me quickly. I filled out all the new patient forms online easily. And the experience at the office was incredible! I have a bit of anxiety when going to the dentist and I was immediately at peace as soon as I walked into the door. The receptionist was kind and excited to welcome me. They had worship music playing on the TV. My hygienist Katrina was everything I've ever wanted in a hygienist! I will definitely request her again - even though I got the feeling all the hygienist were as kind and gentle as her. Dr. Toups came in at the end to introduce herself and welcome me to her practice. Best part for me - The patient rooms had windows to look outside which always calms me down when I get nervous. Thank you Toups Family Dentistry for creating a warm and welcoming environment for me today! Can't wait to come back!

Love the dentist and hygienist. The receptionist is nice but she can't bill accurately. Messes up Insurance. Doesn't give estimates. I can't stand an office manager who can't do the budgeting correctly.

Absolute professional environment. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They don’t try to force unnecessary procedures on you. I now take all my children to this dentist as well. I feel like this dentist and the hygienist really do care and listen to you. They don’t force things on you that make you uncomfortable. Highly recommend.

I used to HATE the dentist and had major anxiety about it, but since I started using this practice, I no longer dread my dental visits! I have grown to LOVE this place and the staff. They are kind, professional, and thorough. The front desk staff is so nice as well. Definitely recommend!

Every single individual at this dentist office goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They’re very personable, laid back, funny, and professional all at the same time. I’m always recommending them to anyone who is looking for a new dental home (not office). They are truly the best!

I had a wonderful experience!! I had a chipped tooth that Dr. Toups filed down. Jessica did my cleaning and was extremely thorough and kind. Front office staff and the woman who brought me back for x-rays were very friendly, too. They all put my mind at ease, as I tend to get nervous at the dentist. I would recommend them to anyone!
