Dr. Jacob Chae of Town Center Dental is a great dentist. He is kind, considerate, thorough, and takes the time that is necessary to complete the job. I highly recommend this dentist. He is very special.

I'm sure missing Dr. Park and his staff! Nobody even told me the office had been sold and the entire staff was replaced. I drove all the way down to Temecula from San Luis Obispo and was very disappointed with the new dentist and his attitude. He had initially came in and stated that my x-rays and everything looked good. When he went to start his cleaning process, I realized that he wanted to use a high-pressure waterpik device that I do not like! I asked him to do a manual cleaning. Then his true colors were shown by his piercing my gums and being rough with me. I asked him not to use the tools on my gums and told them those were for my teeth and he tried to tell me that I had build-up on my gums! I had just had my teeth cleaned in January and it was only April and I never have massive build up on my teeth. Then he went on to say that I have major gum disease and not to be surprised if my teeth fall out sometime soon. He made me bleed a lot and I would not recommend going to him.

Old dentist was great but he sold the business and the new owner is shady. They told me I needed 6 root canals so I went to two other dentist to get X-rays and a second option and third opinion and the other two doctors said no way you do not need any root canals just a couple small cavity’s. Imagine if I would have agreed and had 6 root canals done when I didn’t need them!

I went to this dentist because everyone had amazing amazing reviews on the dentist. But that guy retired, and the new guy has no clue what he’s doing. I had a tooth extracted and I had a dry socket and more pain than I’ve ever been in my entire life, and he literally keeps cutting into my mouth and making it worse. The 800 mg ibuprofen he gave me is not helping even a little bit. At this point I told him that and he literally keeps cutting into my mouth. I haven’t slept in like four days and I’m by myself with two little kids. Please don’t go to the dentist. He will screw up your mouth. Find a different Dentist like I’m trying to know to fix his mistakes.

Such a genuinely nice group of people here! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years and I was scared and embarrassed, but they made me feel very comfortable.
I also really appreciate that they don’t leave you sitting and waiting after your scheduled appointment time. They were very understanding and accommodating when I needed to cancel a few appointments. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

My son has been a patient here since he was 5 , he’s 14 now and still goes. He had 4 teeth pulled for braces and it was done so well he didn’t have any pain. I am now a patient who had a horrible fear of dentist due to a horrible experience elsewhere and dr park and his staff has been so amazing. They even went as far as texting me to check up on me after my root canal . And although i still get nervous going , i know im in good hands . They do so well with anxiety too ! If you have a fear of dentist I guarantee you will have a great experience getting over that fear coming here . Thank you

I went to another dentist before this who insisted I needed to be put out for fillings (it seems ridiculous after going to this dentist office). Everyone here is super nice, very assertive & confident, I would never have gotten fillings at another dentist because i was so terrified about dental work (I've never gotten any actual work done on my teeth since I was 9). I super recommend this office and their work and ethics. Thanks so much park & everyone 🙂
