Townsley Family Dentistry

We are so grateful to have Townsley Dentistry for our children. Today we had an emergency and the staff was SO helpful, both over the phone and when we arrived. We were seen quickly and insured we were in the best care. Once the scary part was over, my daughter got to pick a prize. It made a hard and painful experience, easy and timely.

Today was our first time at this office and we loved it! Everyone was polite, they were quick, clean, answered all of my questions and concerns. As a mom of a 5 year old- to be in and out with no tears in well under an hour was a HIT

My 3 year old twins had their second appt today and it was a great experience. So patient with toddlers and very informative to parents. The twins are always looking forward to to see their dentist!

My daughter and I have been visiting Dr. Richardson for a while and for the same problem. Almost every appointment made were issues with her fillings that were not properly placed. I do live an hour away so her appointments involved missing days at school and hours from work. Not to mention the in between with unpredictable traffic. The last visit we had was arriving 7 minutes late which includes me being in the parking lot and getting my kids out of the car and walking into the building. They cancelled my appointment and advised they could not see her due to being tardy. This tore me apart knowing I had made it there in a timely manner and could not receive the help she needed. I politely walked out due to her missing another day at school and hours at work. The sacrifices we make as parents. This rule being a minute late is absurd, especially it being a pediatric facility. The time it takes to be seen is at least 20 minutes! This needs to be looked into and a 15 minute grace period should be put into effect. (In response to your absurd comment) the fillings came out due to flossing and brushing with gentle care. To add insult to injury. God sit high and look low. Have a nice day.

(By Jessica) This place is so great. They're always so friendly and helpful if I ever have any questions. My kids have not had any negative experiences, and they love their dentist, Dr Richardson (my youngest even gets so excited and counts down the days til his next appt lol). I really don't have a single bad thing to say about them. The staff is top notch. ?

After 6 years we felt like a source of revenue rather then a valued client. It was time for a change and decided to visit Townsley Family dentistry. So far so good. A friendly, polite, caring and professional group. Also, excellent listeners. Their services Are competitive and may be slightly below market rates. Their illuminated Marquee signed with their daily messages are a hoot and possible one small reason we chose them.

The staff is unprofessional. I showed up for my appointment an hour early. Sat down after checking in, then an hour passes and still nothing. No concept of people’s time. I was then asked if I had checked in by the very person who supposedly checked me in. Then asked if I wanted to reschedule. Waisted my time. Will never go back. My family and I need to be in a professional environment.

This place is very professional and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had my teeth cleaned and was delighted with the quickness and pleasantries exchanged in conversation. I recommend this Dentist office 100%.
