My experience here was disappointing overall, with a few positives overshadowed by significant negatives.

I arrived for a routine cleaning appointment scheduled at 3:00 PM as a first-time patient. Upon arrival, I witnessed an upset customer yelling at the reception staff. Unfortunately, I now understand her frustration. To make matters worse, I overheard the staff speaking poorly about her after she left, which felt unprofessional.

After waiting until 3:30 PM, I was called in for X-rays. The technician who assisted me was kind and professional, which was the one bright spot of the visit. However, I then waited until 4:00 PM to see a dentist, only to be treated by someone other than the provider I had scheduled with.

During the consultation, I was informed that I needed a $500 deep cleaning, which felt unnecessary based on a second opinion I sought later. When I requested a standard routine cleaning instead, my request was flatly denied.

Ultimately, I left after spending over 2 hours at the office, feeling stressed and frustrated, with no cleaning done at all. I cannot recommend this clinic unless you are prepared to spend around $800 on treatments that may not be essential or fully explained.

I requested to cancel my services and told a ticket was submitted early december. I follow - up a few times with them on the status just to never get a call back from them. To get a call a month later saying I missed a payment. When I explained that I canceled services over a month ago and that I follow-ed up many times to ensure it was processed. The person ask will did I go in person!! As if it isn't their job to process paperwork and follow-up. This is just one of many issues I have experience is such a short time.

I LOVE my hygienist, Kristina!!! She absolutely takes GREAT care of my teeth and ensures that my whole mouth is clean healthy. She is very professional, kind, sweet and caring. Going to the dentist can be nerve wracking and scary. However, Kristina makes certain that fear is gone. She makes me feel very comfortable in the chair. I am definitely going to be a regular patient at Tracy Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics. 💕

I have been going here for a while now and I have had a very positive experience with everyone in the office. I had avoided going to my old dentist due to a negative experience, but when I came to Tracy Smiles they were very patient with me and took the time I needed so I didn't feel stressed. I had a lot of work that needed to be done and everything was discussed with me before any decisions were made to proceed. If you are looking for a new dentist in town I would highly recommend them.

Gotta explain my overall experience to justify the 1-star

Had an appointment for 9:45 and stepped in/chekced-in at 9:40. Approximately 10:20 I was finally taken back for my x-rays. Approximately 10:55 was when the doctor finally talked to me and then I was out of there by 11:20.

In my entire life, I have never had a simple teeth cleaning take almost 2 hours. When I told the front desk folks my experience I was told that “the doctor was running a little behind.” I can completely understand that if I wasn’t just left in the chair for the entire time with no communication from anyone. This was only my 2nd time there and the first time was similarly 1.5 hours.

Dr. Martinez is a great dentist! I highly recommend her due to her sincere and cautious dentistry. She put me at ease and understood my pain points.
Do not make an appointment with Manar Sawaf. He made me wait over 30 minutes in the dental chair twice and after I told them I had to go back to work and couldn't wait anymore he said he would not service me in the lobby in front of other patients! I bill $500 an hour every minute is valuable for me. Probably the rudest medical professional I've encountered in my 50 years.

Brand new to California thought my family would try Tracy smiles for our dental needs. First off had a lot of difficulties getting my insurance verified. I must have given them the policy number 7 times. Lots of back and forth and calling them was another challenge on its own the phone would romg and ring then all of a sudden you would be on hold without even talking to a person. Next was getting my x rays from my previous dental cleaning (6 months ago) the front desk girl told me I would need to send in the x rays that they could not request them due to “hippa” violations lol when I called my previous dentist they laughed and said they would send them to there email box which they did. Tracy smiles claimed they only received partial x rays and would need to do there own x rays on me to determine what type of cleaning to would need….. when I spoke to my previous office they said they sent all x rays so not sure what kind of business they are running! I was uncomfortable with all of this. like they just wanted to bill my insurance for the additional x rays. I have been going to the dentist for over 20 years and I have never had x rays more then once ever year to every 3-5 years at best. Needles to say I canceled my appointment on the spot and left. Will find a dentist that actually cares about it’s patients and not the $ they can make from billing insurance by doing unnecessary x rays!

One of the worst practices I have experienced. Starting from the front office person/s who doesn't even know what smiling is about. They kept me waiting for almost 20-30minutes before I was called in for xrays!

Except for Adrianna (helped with xrays) who was a very nice, kind and courteous person and the doctor who was also new, the rest of the team, I am not very happy about and very unpleasant experience.

First time ever in my dental visits, I was not even given a basic cleaning, not even a oral rinse!!. Instead they were trying to sell their services saying you have to get this done, get that done etc.... and gave me a breakdown of estimate which totaled to Approx $13000. That included a deep cleaning charges around $3000. When asked what are my options, the front office person said I have to talk to Hygienist and the doctor, then made me wait for almost 45mins to talk to a hygienist and didn't even have a basic courtesy to feel sorry to make me wait. I couldn't wait any further and didn't make sense hence I left immediately!

It clearly tells this practice just wants to make money and didn't care for any customer satisfaction! They've not only lost 3 patients from my household but my friends and families around me as well.

You're in the services industry, better be courteous, transparent and caring for the patients!!
