The office had good customer service especially the front desk folks. But I can't recommend this office at this time. I felt very much rushed as a patient and told that certain care was mandatory only to learn later that it was not. I think the quality of the work was good, but it does seem like I wasted a lot of money choosing this office. Not because the procedures were inflated in cost, but that they were often not necessary.

The doctor recommended one particularly expensive procedure (invisalign to align wisdom teeth prior to an extraction) that had such a high cost I sought out a second opinion. The other doctors and surgeons I met with explained that this doctor's recommendation was very poor advice and seriously undermined any remaining faith I had in their credibility.

I did purchase a very expensive toothbrush from the office as well. They were clear that their return policy was non-existent, but that I could return it by calling the company directly. It turns out that I could not. So now I have an extra toothbrush as well.

At this time I would anti-recommend the office. Though it is quite beautiful.

This is a magnificent dentistry which makes you feel like a dental office should feel in 2024. The attention to detail in the environment did not go unnoticed in my first visit. The lobby has everything you need from water, to the environment, to its cleanliness. Forms are filled out online which may be more common practice now but all is digital. As you are admitted into the room, there is no need to go in-and-out for x-rays and other services given everything is done in the same room (again - due to the modern tech used by the practice). The best thing about my visit was the “Comfort Menu” that and the technology given to me as a patient. I was handed a wireless pair of Beats Solo headphones and an Apple TV remote, which were both connected to the screen mounted on the wall. I was able to choose anything from Netflix or “AirPlay” from my iPhone. The best part about this was when the seat reclined for my service, there was a SECOND screen mounted from the ceiling so I can continue watching what I started. As a tech person, I appreciated every aspect of this. All the tech aside, what really left me with a great impression was the level of service and care in my procedure. The attention to detail and constant communication was greatly appreciated and has instantly turned me into a long term patient. Thank you Rhianna and the Dr. for making my visit a positive and memorable one.
