It was the first time I didn't feel any pain while going through a major dental work. He went through a series of steps of administering anesthesia and they worked wonders. It was so comfortable so that I started thinking about my research work at some point during the root canal treatment. He kept talking about what he was doing at every major step so that I was able to follow the procedures, rather than being left in the dark. With my dental insurance, my share of cost was reasonable as well. I couldn't find any negatives. I was initially skeptical about 5 out of 5, but he deserves more than 5.

Absolutely wonderful staff and doctors. Had a root canal which was completely painless, Dr Nguyen walked me through every step of the process and made sure I understood and was comfortable. I couldn't recommend them more, I'm lucky to have them in my town.

Great experience with Tri Valley Endodontics! No one wants to go in for a root canal, especially someone who has never had dental work done before. Courtney was very friendly and explained the financials after the consultation so I knew what to expect and then my actual procedure with Dr. Dao was great. She’s very gentle, patient and explained everything prior to the procedure to put me at ease. Plus I received a follow up phone call to just check in on how I was doing post procedure. Thank you to the Livermore team for making what could have been a scary experience a positive one. If I ever need any future work, I’ll be sure to come back!

Dr. Nguyen was great, and made me feel comfortable at my consultation and the day of my procedure, keeping my mind at ease. He initially explained pros and cons to help me make a decision for myself. For having a root canal, the procedure went really well. I would recommend Dr. Nguyen.

The office staff, and Dr. Nguyen's assistant's were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole process. When they called to check on me the next day, was the icing on the cake!
