I received the personalized facial and it was quite honestly The best thing I’ve ever had done. Erin was the one who performed the facial and she was amazing! Explaining everything she was using and what it was for. It was the most wonderful, relaxing hour I’ve had in a very long time. I am will def be back soon! I highly recommend Trouvaille spa. (Also, my skin felt and looked amazing afterward, no redness or harsh reaction to any of the products used).

I went to Trouvaille for a consultation on a Morpheus8 treatment or a series of them. This was the first time I ever went to a spa and I thought the aesthetician was very nice and honest. She also gave me more information about M8 as well as an alternative treatment. I was pleased with her disposition and if I go forward with a package of three Morpheus8, I will go to Trouvaille. I liked the aesthetician and I also liked the exceptional price. Trouvaille is offering three M8 treatments for $1,600.

Trouvaille is SO beautiful! I love this spa! Megan, my injector, was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. And soon to be wrinkle free! All of the team were so warm and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!

I had Botox in this place a few times before and was pleased with the results, I didn't even have to go for a follow up. But this time I went for Botox and was happy with promotion they offered, I was waiting to see results but Nothing!!!
I waited for 2 weeks but the wrinkles around my eyes were still seen. I went for a follow up that was scheduled and she saw that it didn't look the way it should look so she injected for the seecond time. Again, no difference, the wrinkles were so deep as if I didn't have any treatment done. I was so upset this time and called to explain the issue and I was told to go again to have them look at it. I was injected for the third time and was shocked how there was no results but gave it 2 weeks as they recommend. After 2 weeks I called the manager and told her how disappointed and angry I felt and told her that it feels to me that they dialuted with so much to a point that there is no effect.
I asked for my money back and because I paid part with debit card and part cash, I was just refunded for what I paid with my card and got a credit for the cash payment although they had to compensate me for the inconvenience and for wasting my time. I'm glad my face wasn't damaged after all these injections in a short period of time.

After a while I went to purchase a face cream with the credit I had. I used it once while my face was irritated and very itchy. I called and asked to return the item it and get money instead of products since I don't trust them or their products anymore but the manager said they don't take back opened products and I wonder how a customer should know in advance know if the product works good on his skin if he doesn't try it?

I don't recommend this place especially when they have promotions going on.You will keep going back and forth with no results. They attract customers to go for the good price they advertise but the results are not satisfying at all.

Very professional friendly staff when you walk in the door > Karla is excellent at giving a Hydra Facial and Tara is fabulous if you’re looking to have Botox. Trouvaille has an assortment of treatments > highly recommend checking it out !!

Very nice event. Everyone was really nice and professional. I've been getting injections for years now and can already tell the injector didn't go nearly deep enough. I'll be lucky if I get 2 months out of this round. My skin was barely pierced, and so fast, I don't know if anything went in.
