I went to TruSmile for an initial consultation. From the moment I walked in I loved the office energy. Music playing while I waited. Staff and other customers were all freely walking around in front. When it was my turn to go back the staff all acknowledged me throughout the process. Different staff members checked on me while I was waiting as well. The doctor at the end clearly explained all possible options for my treatment with professional suggestions. The doctor ended with asking me if I had any questions and patiently waited as I reviewed everything.

Absolutely love them! TruSmile's staff really know how to make you feel cared for and each are so personable. David helped my 9yr old little boy feel supported and was really funny. He stopped when he felt he needed a break, great assistants read the patient and provide care accordingly 😉👍🏾

Dr.Zamani explains what's going on and how everything ties in for the best treatment, was very kind and knowledgeable. As an assistant I was noting how clean and organized, and great the staff worked together and how well were really cared for they're patients. 10/10 come down and get started on your smile☺️ you won't regret it, great team!

Very good experience! I was running 5 mins late and had my 2 kids with me (toddler and baby) and they said it was no problem! My toddler was with me during my visit and one of the ladies held the baby the whole visit! I wish I had pictures. The visit itself was really great, detailed, and swift! My kids seemed to have more fun than me. I am excited to go through this journey!

This review has been a long time coming because my experience with TruSmile has been so refreshing, to say the least. I have been treated amazingly! They have great communication with emails and texts, which has made my life very easy. I just text with the front office about changing my appointments. There isn't a long wait for your appointment, since everyone has to be on time. Besides the really great communication, what I love about them is I TRUST them and they’re smile EXPERTS. I've seen many doctors and dentists in my life and I always get a gut feeling if I can trust an office with finances, insurance stuff and most importantly having my best interest at heart. I can say I wholeheartedly have experienced this starting with their front office to their treatment coordinator who guided me on how to start orthodontic treatment, and finally to Dr. Zamani who has been my orthodontist. He is SO good at what he does. I guess this is all why their offices have become so popular. Let me also tell you about the actual office spaces. When you walk in you might think that the treatment is going to be pricey because everything looks so clean, new and high tech. But I visited 2 other orthos and TruSmile turned out to be either cheaper or similar in costs. I also get to use my insurance here, as they take a bunch of insurances. Orthodontic treatment is not a one and done quick treatment -- it usually takes several months or even years, so you should absolutely love and trust the office. My family went to a different office a long time ago, but so happy we chose TruSmile for our current treatments. We refer all our family and friends now!
