Best in Tokyo.

I’ve been going to this dentist for over 5 years now, and even though I’ve moved further away, I still make the trip because their service is amazing. I’ve had three surgeries with them, and I’ve never felt any pain—they’re that good.

They are extremely thorough and carefully check each tooth on every visit and compare the numbers with previous visits to ensure my gum health is improving. They also focus on prevention, and helped me catch issues early before they turned into bigger problems.

The price is VERY affordable. They speak both English and Japanese and patiently explain everything.

I have a lot of trust in the dentists here and think they genuinely care about their patients. I will never go anywhere else.

Highly recommended.

While vacationing in Tokyo, my dental filling came out unexpectedly and I came here after reading the “good” reviews. They filled it but the filling came out 6 weeks afterwards. Now I am back in the States and have to find a dentist to get it refilled AGAIN. Fillings are supposed to last for many years if the dentist does a good job. Disappointed and now in a pickle to find a good/decent dentist.

Friendly staff. Everyone I interacted with spoke fluent English too so there were no language barrier miscommunications. They were fully booked but were able to slot me same day to remove a tooth that was causing me a lot of pain. Everything was fast, smooth, and professional.

Been here for multiple times, extracted 2 upper wisdom tooth the last time. It was a smooth operation and apart from some minor pain during extraction, it was all good. And even after extraction, there were no sores or pain whatsoever, zero, nada. Take some ibuprofen though.

Like many other posters, I’m a tourist who had an emergency toothache. I went to Trust Dental Clinic when they opened and even though I didn’t have an appointment, they still made time to see me immediately. They gave me the meds I needed (pain killers and antibiotics) at the place too and were able to give me an injection to immediately start to stop the pain.

The doctor was caring and the whole team spoke English well.

The fee was extremely reasonable too. Much lower than in the US.

If you’re a tourist and you need emergency work, come here.

Went to this clinic for several years but recently stopped going. Use to have regular 6 month check ups and cleaning. However, my entire time, I went to this clinic, only one x-ray was ever taken, and it was by the female dentist that works during weekdays. If you can, make an appointment during the weekdays if you want a thorough exam.

Note: For those of you who don't know, you should get an x-ray done once every couple of years. Some decay and infections cannot be directly seen without it.

Best dental clinic in Tokyo, bar none.

The staff took careful yet quick and decisive action on a painful tooth problem which was seriously affecting my quality of life.

Conscientious and trustworthy advice given always.
This explains why they are fully booked oftentimes, and yet they will flexibly adjust in case of an emergency.

I wouldn't go anywhere else.

During my trip I was experiencing some extreme pain. I emailed Trust dental and they managed to get me in the same day even though they were fully booked. The staff were extremely kind and explained everything. I cannot be more grateful to them for making sure I could enjoy the rest of my trip pain free.
