Ever since I joined Twelve Bridges dental group it's been nothing but a great experience. Everyone there always makes me feel welcome and they all have a great attitude in the work place. I've had to have a lot of work done in the past and they did a great job mapping out a good plan that works for me. I had a great experience at this dentist! The facilities were clean, organized, and welcoming! Every member of the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and asked if I needed anything/wanted water. The dentist himself was thoughtful, knowing I have TMJ and offering me breaks when he felt he had been working for a while. They also had a slower day and offered me and earlier appointments if I wanted. Nothing but good things to say so thank you!

I recently just got my routine 6 month cleaning and I must say that I am very dissatisfied with the results. My original appointment was canceled because the hygienist was out sick (which is understandable) but they had me scheduled with another hygienist I thought was terrible. He rushed through my cleaning. After the cleaning, the doctor came over to perform the post-cleaning exam and he noticed that the hygienist missed some areas that still needed cleaning. He came back and did a couple of scraps and said I was all set.

I will not be coming back to this office again. I canceled my future appointment and will be going to another dental office.

Dill " like the pickle" was awesome! She did my deep cleaning and was understanding of my fears and made sure I was comfortable! Had me In and out of the chair in less than an hour. Also requested for the owner to be the one to give me my shots and she was able to come in, I appreciated that they made sure to meet that request and I'm so thankful because it didn't even hurt ! The front desk staff was great at explaining and helping me understand the breakdowns of cost with my new Insurance as well! Great experience!

I went for an exam.They we're all courteous and knowledgeable . The dentist explained everything he was going to do in the coming months. Then we were told about the payment plan and when they needed to be paid and estimates of what insurance will cover. I have been put at ease about all the work I will need.
