Was referred here for a root canal on a molar about a year ago. When I set up the consultation, the woman at desk said it was POSSIBLE to do the procedure same day as the consult, and I also said I wasn’t sure if I could commit to having it done the same day. When I went to my consultation, they were basically prepping to do the procedure. The receptionist got an attitude and said to me “you said you wanted to have the root canal done today.” Because I was in a lot of pain, I just dismissed it and went back for the root canal.

Fast forward to about 3 weeks ago, the gum area around the crown is inflamed and swollen, and I experienced sever pain radiating into my jaw. My DDS prescribed antibiotics and told me I needed to go back to Dr. Baker. I decided to go for a 2nd opinion and their X-rays showed that the root canal was not done thoroughly, one root did not go far enough and the other too far, which is what’s causing the pain. They also advised I not continue opening the tooth and if I continue to experience pain like this in the future, an extraction and implant will be the best option. So the $ I spent at Dr Bakers office was a complete waste and could potentially result in even more costly dental surgery.

This was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Dr. Baker and his dental assistant, Lauren, were friendly, patient, knowledgeable and very professional. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in - which is unusual for me, as I tend to be quite anxious whenever getting dental work done. They even offer "movie glasses" while they work on your teeth! I didn't feel a thing and enjoyed a good movie during my appointment. If you need a root canal done, forget whoever your dentist referred you to and book it with Dr. Baker. You will be happy you did.

I am one of those people who hate going to the dentist and wont go most of the time. 2 weeks ago I had the worse pain in my mouth and I went to my regular dentist to find out I needed a root canal. I literally cried when I heard the news because all I hear people talk about is how much root canal's hurt. My dentist referred me to Tyler Baker's office. I called and I was able to get an appointment same day. When I arrived I was greeted by some of the nicest ladies I have met. They could tell I was in pain and helped keep me comfortable until I saw Dr. Baker. Dr. Baker was amazing and explained everything going on and that I would need to have the root canal done using a gentle wave procedure and that I could do it same day if I wanted. So I went for it. The process of the root canal wasn't as bad as I thought. They had movie glasses and headphones to wear during the procedure which helped calm my anxiety. Before I knew it the procedure was over and they were explaining what was done and how I needed to care for my mouth until I was seen again. They even called multiple times to check in on me and see how I was doing. I have to say that this office is amazing and super helpful. I am super grateful that my dentist sent me to Tyler Baker's office and I will be referring my friends and family to him in the future. Thank you!
