Mouth pain is the worst pain ever…it affects every aspect of your life…going to a place that doesn't bear this in mind can be overwhelming and dangerous.

I think it is unfortunate that we live in a society where people are no longer given a voice and you automatically deem a person not worthy of being heard or seen.
My experience from becoming to end with U.A.M.S was just that…not being heard every time I went there to try to address the pain I was/am experiencing…
When I called up there and told them I was in pain they made an appointment for me 10 days out, even after I expressed that I could not live this way for 10 days…
When I went up there to get a quick adjustment I was told I couldn't ( even though four members of the staff told me I didn't need an appointment for an adjustment) and to come back in, you guessed it..10 days…even after I expressed my discomfort…
To be fair, Dr. Warner was professional and did her best to help me…she is no longer there..the problem was/is the front office and their unwillingness to help me…
I cold called two other dentist offices and was told that their patients don't require an appointment for an adjustment AND if someone calls and is in pain they see them immediately..
My overall experience with this clinic is disappointment in their unwillingness to help
me and to hear me out when I tried to express the unfair treatment I was experiencing.

P.S. It's unfortunate that I have to write this but the first nurse I was assigned to was extremely friendly however she kept contradicting and talking over the Dentist…I spoke to the dentist on the phone about this before my next appointment and at my next appointment the nurse was replaced by another nurse who was also very kind…that's not what I wanted..I only wanted to be able to hear what the dentist was trying to say and do for me…I bring this up because apparently that nurse is now disgruntled towards me and I caught her and the office person whispering about me on my last visit up there after I kindly asked the office worked if i could speak to my Dentist because i knew she wasnt relaying my needs to her and their refusal to see me has caused further problems, damage and discomfort.
Like I said at the beginning….grace was not shown to me from ANY of the staff once all was said and done and I'm left with unfinished work on my teeth.
U.A.M.S is an extremely huge entity and someone like me looking for fair treatment is not even worth their time….they don't make it easy to be treated with kindness and respect after you express yourself in the way you have been mistreated.

Go to a real dentist. Husband needed clearance for heart surgery since scheduled at another hospital we paid out of pocket close to $2k and they pulled 8 teeth with no concern AT ALL in sending a heart patient home in severe pain and no concern for his aftercare. If he has a heart attack due to the pain, the blood is on this clinics hands.

My 1st visit to have xrays & start the process on getting my teeth fixed. The dental assistant, Angela, questioned the Dr and corrected him right in front of me as if he was her kid! They scheduled me to extract an infected tooth the next morning and told me that they'd have a plan ready to go over with me.
They did not go over any pricing with me so when I got there they informed me I owed nearly $100. Got that worked out and I told the dental assistant (Angela I believe) that I wished they had went over all of that. She made excuses as to why they didn't, including that I probably asked questions and got them off track. Then she said that I should have called my insurance to find out... In a condescending voice.
In the room I asked for laughing gas. She informed me it's extra out of pocket. I told her I wish she would have told me all of that the day before. She rudely snapped back that no office gives free dental services, talking at me like I was a child.
She said she had to ask about it. She left the room and then she and the Dr came back. They never asked me if I still wanted me tooth extracted. They worked on the plan because they didn't have it done as I was told they would. When they finished, she said dismissed me to the front!
I drove over an hour to have my tooth extracted because it is infected and the Dr was worried the day before! I walked out without that happening because they spent my appt time doing the plan that they were suppose to have done.
I left feeling offended, dismissed, and frustrated! They are not competent in their jobs or at least the dental assistant wasn't!

I Am writing this review to let future and past patients to know how I was treat in this office, very timely ,and with so much care from the receptionist to the dental hygienist assistant, and of course my dentist!! I recommend that you shop no more for an dentist. I had two tooth’s pulled and he numbed me so I would not feel it. My side of my face is swollen but it will go down, other than that I’m good.

I like the dentist. I think he did a really good job but when the dental assistant asked me if I wanted gas. I said well if it doesn't involve needles then sure, I'll take it. However, when the dentist came in he went to numb up my mouth the assistant didn't use any gas on me. But overall the dentist was very good. He was gentle. He was patient. He was kind. He was pleasant to be in the presence of. ?

The BEST Dental visit I have had EVER. Everyone was friendly from the receptionist to the Dentist. The wait was short the service was quick and professional. I was greeted with a smile from the beginning to the end of my visit . I would highly recommend this business to anyone who wants top quality service. This office makes you feel welcome and at ease about any procedure. I left satisfied and confident of all services to be rendered. I just want to thank them ALL from the bottom of my heart, going to the Dentist has in the past has not been a comfort for me. Keep doing what you do to make smiles bright, I SALUTE YOU!!!!!

Dr. Michelle did a surgical extraction last Friday and 5 simple extractions today. Her concern for my comfort was evident every step of the way. I didn't feel a thing during the procedures....not even the novacaine injections that usually hurt pretty bad. The dental assistant Katherine was also outstanding in her care and concern for me. I have never felt good about going to the dentist...which is probably why I needed these extractions. I wish I had had this duo as my dentist a lot sooner.
