Phenomenal care! This was my second visit here with one of my sick kids. Once again the whole staff was incredibly efficient, kind, and thoughtful. There was no wait even on a holiday weekend, the rooms felt clean, and the providers spoke to my son about his symptoms as much as they spoke to me. Great experience.

I came in with severe GI symptoms and an allergic reaction after international travel, and the care I received was outstanding. The provider acted quickly, started treatment right away, and made the smart call to escalate me to the ER when things got worse. They were compassionate, professional, and truly attentive. I felt heard, cared for, and safe. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing urgent medical help.

Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the x-ray tech was extremely kind. I got a thorough explanation of what was going to happen next, and told what I should expect moving forward. I was in and out within a hour for a pretty in depth assessment including a bedside procedure that I assumed would have had me tied up in most urgent care centers for half a day! Very good patient care from the front desk all the way to Sara who preformed the procedure. Very satisfied with a visit I was honestly dreading

Used to work in critical care and when I needed care and went to this clinic it was a joke. Would have been better off resting instead of waiting for so long for such poor treatment. A waste of time and money.

As an aside, the nurse there hadn't heard of the Hubble space telescope...

My experiences with UC urgent care have been great each time. The front staff is friendly and the check in process is quick. The nurses have been fabulous and the PA included me in healthcare decision making and took time to educate me on my choices.

Wound up going here two days in a row. The walk-in wait time both days was very short. The facility is very clean and the staff are excellent. Amy was excellent. Sara Thompson was outstanding; very thorough and professional. She listened attentively to the issues and was thoughtful and professional in her assessment. She was much more empathetic than most practitioners. 10 stars for her, and she deserves a raise.
