These guys were dismissive of my partner's medical problems, prescribed ineffective medication multiple times, aren't even open on weekends, and have been rude on multiple occasions. Genuinely such a joke, just go somewhere else

They have no good doctors. They send you to nurse practitioners and just keep taking money through insurance. I was in UC Irvine before and always taken care by MDs but it is very hard to reach an MD here at UCSB and for anything serious, they will refer you outside and you have to co-pay a lot.

Note: only exception is Tina, she is on her own better than any doctors, most helpful and amazing.

Nurses are nice but most of the doctors and staff were rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. They dismissed most of my concerns and it felt like i was always brushed off with "It should improve with a better diet and exercise" without running any tests while rushing me through the door.

awful experience with social worker shereen barr. she got confrontational and kept dodging requests for services listed on the social services website. how can she decline services that are literally a part of her job description?

Prior to starting at UCSB, my daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled. During her first 2 weeks, she was feeling something wasn't right and made an appointment. She was able to get in quickly and was taken care of. She had a secondary infection that they cleaned out and provided her meds she needed. She healed quickly and no other issues.

My daughter said that everyone was so kind and the location was easy to get to. She seems to be okay with going back and making most of her dental appointments there at the school while she is a student. We love that it is so convenient for the students.

I have had two appointments canceled with no notice. One the day of and then the second three days in advance with no reason and attempt to reschedule. It is the worst experience I have ever had with medical health professionals and the only time I have ever had appointments canceled.

The staff at in laboratory testing were easy to contact over the phone and I got into my appointment pretty easily. However I went to get my blood tested and after giving the blood I had horrible pain around my arm and pretty bad bruising, clearly an inexperienced nurse which is just frustrating.

The appointment system is practically a joke. Had to wait 2 hours for them to call you but they just randomly skipped you now you have to join the line to wait another 2 hours again. Why not just shut the clinic down when you dont want students to come visit.
