When calling while I was experiencing tooth pain
The person who answered jasmine i believe , was very rude ,,, did nothing to help . Made sure to inform me they don't pull teeth, but would not give any recommendations

Just very rude and cold , the last thing I want to hear when I call to see a dentist

I brought my daughter here for her first dental visit, and the staff and dentist treated her so warmly! They were friendly and made her feel comfortable to the point where she asked to come back the next day! It's a very clean facility and the equipment they use is also very advanced. We will be back for sure!

Friendly and professional service, first of all, when you come in, you are greeted with a smile and sweet voice, then, during the procedure, your feeling and concern is always the priority of the doctor and the staff, you are always treated with respect and gentle attitude,.....in my opinion, best dental clinic in Ukiah city,.... or any other cities included.

What an amazing place, and I say that even though I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist. My husband and I have been patients for a few years. All of the staff and dentists are friendly, helpful, and warm, including Lucy the Goldendoodle. They always greet us with a smile. Their advice is clearly communicated, their dental work is gentle, and they repeatedly check on us during all procedures. They also give you an estimate when you make the appointment, so you can plan how to pay for it if you don't have insurance.
Today, my husband woke up and realized an old filling had popped out of his back molar. I called the office, and Yasmin quickly checked to see if they could fit him in at a specific time because he was leaving for the airport. She was able to find a time that worked and said it would be a limited exam to see what treatment would be needed. Dr. Jeffers examined the tooth and said it was possible to put in a new filling and still get my husband off to the airport on time. So incredible to have these wonderful health professionals in Ukiah!
