United States Postal Service

I work from home and when I'm able to get to the post office they are always at lunch. They don't take lunch on rotation which I don't understand. I worked in healthcare for years and never had a regular lunch. It should be the same for postal service. Everybody depends on it. Furthermore, Saturday is an hour or two and now it's saying that Saturdays are closed completely. As the population grows out here, this is not going to work.

I sent my kid a birthday card to diff state it literally took a month, when I had my envelope weighed for accurate postage..My daughters package was returned to sender ‍♀️

Today's front desk person was very kind and greeted you. Thanked you for coming in and polite when you were leaving. Must be a new gal...

A very good USPS, one of the best we have dealt with as customers. Service is excellent, always prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery service is just as good. This little post office is better than any other we have dealt with (CA, WA). We are very grateful to have such great service from all their employees!

If the old gentleman with the messed up teeth is at the counter come back another day I've never met someone so in love with their job at the post office he was so rude to me

Yesterday and today the carrier put a slip in My mailbox saying could not deliver my packages because of muddy roads. My house is right pass the mailboxes my driveway is rocked. She comes in my driveway to turn around and goes out! That makes no sense. And each time I am in the driveway waving at the carrier. I am very upset!

Poor costumer service! A $250 package was dropped off at the wrong home. USPS held no responsibility for their mistake. Luckily the home owner involved was honest and returned my package. Also false attempted delivery. . These ppl really need to get their ducks in a row !

My mom was just telling me how the lady was rude and threw a pen towards my mom on the counter. Her attitude has been poor every time my parents go to pick up our packages. My mom and dad are customers, paying and the employees seem to have a displaced disposition of authority.
