Whew never ever AGAIN! I go there bc it’s closer to my home, but I’ll drive five more minutes to get to another ER! Went in thinking I had Covid/flu and when that unprofessional Dr Z entered the room, didn’t speak and immediately ask me what I was doing there? (I didn’t go to school to be a Dr, something else, but NOT a Dr) The same thing I like to know what’s wrong with me since I do have underlying conditions eg. high blood pressure, major anxiety/depression, and when pain increase I don’t want my blood pressure to rise. This was a whole lot for me. The Dr Strange told me she can give me some Tylenol I immediately stated that I got that at home that I came here to see what the problem is. Coughing, hotness, fever, as well as no smell nor taste, THIS IS MAJOR “access to care”awe, Dr Z did look in my ears a mile away and then stated it’s just wax. This is totally unacceptable this is her job and MY health. Asked for name and she told me Dr Lee or whatever. I feel some prejudice here as well as discrimination! No discharge papers at all because she called security(WHY), but that’s for them to say I lefted, no ma’am not this time, I’m on it…

The hospital probably deserves 5 stars but with all the drama and shooting in the area when we were leaving the hospital, I had to bring it down to 4 stars. I hope that was a one time deal but I am new to the area so I don’t know.

From check in to being released my mom was treated with such kindness and care! Dr Henson was just excellent and knew right away what was going on with my mom. Every single employee of this hospital was top notch. I really appreciated how they were all so patient and kind to my mom. Going to the hospital gives her so much anxiety, so they all worked hard to make sure she was comfortable. I really appreciated it!

I want to say thank you to the ER staff for helping me in my time of need. A lot places aren’t willing to assist when you’re homeless. But the staff here was extremely helpful and supportive. Gave me food and tools I need to help me get back on my feet. From the bottom of my heart! Thank you!

I'm giving them 5 stars for our trip to the emergency room because although it took 7 hours total, the bedside manner of the doctor and nurses was exceptional. My 4 year old came in for stitches and they were so gentle, soothing, and compassionate with her and I was so grateful.

I've been to 4 emergency rooms and I've always had to wait hours and hours. In my opinion the long wait is just to be expected unless you are coming in in an immediate life threatening condition, so I don't begrudge them that. We would come back here again.

Just left from there about 4 hrs ago. Wife went in with pain in her side. Security, front deck personnel, triage staff were great! WAY BETTER than when it was Jacksonville medical. Dr. Nelson asked questions, checked her over, did a CT scan and found she had appendicitis. Explained what was to happen there after with transfer to the other hospital and the appendectomy. We are very pleased with our first visit!!

My Dr recommended me to go to Unity Health Er because my blood pressure was way to high and I was having a hard time breathing, I was Leary I won’t lie. But I was pleasantly surprised check in was quick and triage staff came right out and checked me in, the staff from nursing, respiratory and Dr Jolly was great. They were all very caring and efficient, I will recommend to others.

If I could no stars I would. Went in for side pain, told Dr. Z I have have rhizotomy's in my neck and lower back. That I have have back problems. She proceeded to karate chop my back 4 times!! I walked out in more pain then I went in with. I will never go back. I suggest that nobody ever go to that ER! The nurses are amazing, and so sweet. But Dr. Z HAS NO BED SIDE MANNER, VERY RUDE!

The worst hospital you could ever go to you know it’s bad when the doctor has a nasty attitude when she walked into the room Dr.Spears to be exact! Worst doctor ever!! Triage check-in wasn’t any better make this hospital your last option!!
