I originally went to this facility in Brookfield, WI when it was doing business as The Vein Clinics of America. They were phenomenal! I knew I would need to return. So, after a long deliberation, I did! Here are the optics when I walked in: 3-4 people were waiting in the office when I arrived. There was no receptionist at the desk, so I waited. The desk office area was very disorganized. I got the impression that they were short-staffed or mismanaged. Ten minutes later a nurse ran around the corner and said, “I am sorry, someone will be right with you,” as if she was running out of the surgery room quickly and then returned. That certainly did not make me feel comfortable. Nonetheless, I sat down and waited ten more minutes and the three others were still not called back. Everything was so unprofessional and disorganized, so I stood up and left. Their physicians may be wonderful, but this experience did not make me feel comfortable enough to trust this medical facility to treat my veins. Now, here I sit not knowing where to go.

Edited review. I had been going to this clinic for years for treatment that was covered 100% by my insurance. I had a great experience under previous ownership. When it was purchased by USA Vein Clinics, I got a text message that my appointment was cancelled, and when I called to reschedule I was told it’s because they do not accept my insurance, but I am welcome to pay out of pocket.

When I asked for contact information of someone that may be able to help me understand this reasoning, I was told anyone would tell me the same thing. If you are considering treatment here, GO ELSEWHERE!

Their advertising promotes expanded access to top quality providers than was had under vein clinics of America. Completely untrue.

Terrible customer experience! Couldn’t talk to clinic directly, all numbers went to a call center and every person I talked to had a different care plan for me that was different than the clinic told me. Then they told me I couldn’t go to my clinic anymore and had to go to one over an hour away. Doctors changed twice during my care plan and charged my insurance $17,000 for ONE treatment that was an hour in office!! They also never scheduled my follow up so I don’t even know what my next treatment should be. Stay away unless you like expensive chaos!

If I could give this a rate of a 0, I would. After calling 4 months ago for an appointment my fiance had a May 1st appointment. THEY canceled that appointment and made it for today. After getting several reminder text messages about his appointment (even a text reminder at 8am this morning) we went today. The office was totally closed. There was an employee there who drove up from the Chicago office, she couldn't get in, there was another client there that had an appointment and they couldn't get in. Half hour after we came home we get a text message asking why we are late for our appointment are we still coming or do we need to cancel or are we going to be late 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Absolutely asinine. Called the office which turned out to be a call center from somebody not even in the state. They have no idea what's going on either. Do not make an appointment with these people it's a big joke. We will never be going back.....EVER!!!😡

The care provided is outstanding. I’ve always been seen promptly and the staff is courteous and professional. I really appreciate how well they work with my insurance provider. The procedures have all gone smoothly and were explained in high detail. I would recommend to all who needed similar treatment.

1-For weeks before my 11/30/22 overdue annual exam, there were multiple complications related to confirming my insurance & innetwork status of Dr S. Michael Humphrey. On 11/30, at the Brookfield Clinic, where I had been treated for several years, I experienced Staff who were unhappy with part-time jobs. My exam was OK, but I didn’t feel I would want to return under the present Management & Staffing of USA Vein Clinics. I had really liked this Clinic & the dedicated, caring Staff.under Vein Clinics of America.

They used to be great. Not sure what happened, but the scheduling and follow up process is awful. All calls are routed to call centers that don't seem to communicate with the actual center. My appointment was cancelled without telling me and rescheduled to another random day without asking/telling me. There is no one there that seems to care or is willing to help. Find somewhere else to go. Maybe someday they will get it together but if they unapologetically treat consumers this way, it isn't a promising sign.

Everyone was top notch friendly, professional, and amazing. After one treatment I see a huge difference, can’t wait for my final service. Painless and well explained, great price point as well. 10/10 recommend!
