Dr Chu is an excellent oral surgeon. I have a lot of work to be done because of the fear I have of going to the dentist I really neglected my oral health over the years. I went in to have several teeth removed in preparation for implants as well as Crowns. I ended up having 3 teeth extracted because I was afraid the pain afterwards but the entire process went smooth with no pain whatsoever. Dr Chu is an expert at what he does and he's courteous. Every staff member is really sweet and caring. I definitely recommend this office for your oral surgery needs ?

Great dental office. Dr chu took his time to explain the procedure and the plus and negatives of the procedure. I still haven't got my wisdom tooth out but, i feel comfortable that everything will work out from explanation. The front receptionist was very nice and helpful when booking my appointment.

My son was referred to Dr Chu for his wisdom teeth extractions and I couldn’t be more pleased with his services. He took his time to explain the process to my 15 year old and even called to folllow up on him 2 days later on a Saturday to see how we was doing. The staff and team are professional and extremely caring.

It's a shame this place can't get it together when it comes to billing, because Dr.Chu is amazing, the whole Chu family. We have a primary and secondary insurance. At the consultation, we went over insurance and payment. They had to file my coverage in a way that was more expensive for me due to it having to be filed alphabetically. Before we left the office I payed the remaining balance they said would be due the day of my daughter's surgery which was a total of $350.00, they left a small amount that might be due. They said they would let me know after the filing of both insurance companies if I would owe anything the day of. They called me 2 days before my daughter surgery letting me know all was covered. My daughter had her surgery, all was well. Two months later their office manager Melinda? is calling asking me to please get in touch with our secondary insurance to ask them to pick up the secondary cost. I did. She called a week or so later asking what my insurance company said and laughed out if frustration or thinking i was joking when I told her yes they said it was covered. She asked who I talked to. At that point I because very upset myself. I find it so unprofessional for the manager of all people to act this way, especially when I was told they did their job 2 days before my daughter's procedure.

This review is of the office manager. We have delta PPO. We paid 621.00 down for my daughter's surgery. She was scheduled to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed on a Thursday. Tuesday evening an hour before the office closed we recieved a call informing us that we had to pay an additional 925.00 for the surgery. We told them we didn't have the money for that especially on such late notice. We would have to cancel and reschedule. We were then informed that we would have to pay 189.00 cancellation fee because we did not cancel 4 days ahead of time. (Yes we did sign a cancellation notice form). I requested a waiver for the fee due to them informing us about the 925.00 the day before surgery. I asked why they didn't inform us of this 4 days ago and they replied that my daughter used up her insurance on another procedure. I understood that but had no idea that it would cost an additional 925.00. I asked for them to be reasonable due to the circumstances but they refused to waive the cancellation fee of 189.00. The office manager did offer an alternate of having only two wisdom teeth pulled but I informed her that I did not want my daughter to go thru surgery under anesthesia twice. It would be unnecessary and traumatic for her to go thru. They responded that it was my choice and we would be charged the 189.00.
I can't review Dr. Chu's skill or care because we never had the chance to use him. However, I can only warn others to be wary of the office staff and their policies. They could have just waived the fee and reschedule. That lost my business Also if you have delta dental just know that they charge the maximum amount.

I had to get my wisdom tooth extracted. The staff was so caring so polite. The dentist was amazing. He reassured me. He answered all my questions. The whole entire experience was good.

I think Dr Chu what's the best dentist I ever had I would like to make him my future dentist for now he did a great job.
